Very friendly service, and the rooms were in very good condition, considering Italian and southern Italy conditions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the hostess baked a chocolate cake herself, which was fresh and delicious. There's a chapel nearby. I highly recommend it.

Nestled in the green Serino Mountains near Mount Terminio. A beautiful place to visit. The property is unfortunately neglected and in need of renovation. The staff is not at all welcoming; they don't even smile when you pay...
