For gold, as often happens. But nothing to complain about. My room, not huge, was still enough for what I needed: sleeping between one day of work and another. Good food and not exorbitantly expensive. The corridors were slightly noisy, it could have bothered some, but we point out that the fault would be with the guests and not with the structure, but in any case the silence fell strictly at the stroke of around 10pm. The strong point, in my opinion, is the staff: kind, friendly and always with a smile. I recommend it. I already went back the next day just for lunch, even though I wasn't a guest... and I will definitely be back.

The first word that comes to mind to describe the staff who work in this hotel is availability. The second is kindness. The third is simplicity, that simplicity that tastes like home. I can only be satisfied with this stay. The rooms are warm, welcoming and clean, the location is strategic for reaching various places of interest such as ski slopes, interesting walks and famous locations. Not to mention that you are immersed in nature and everything you expect to be surrounded by in a mountain resort. Plus the possibility of half board or full board. Excellent value for money. Super approved!

Typical hotel of the area. Spotless, welcoming, informal. Buffet breakfast, normal. Typical, good dishes. I recommend it. Even with the dog.

We stayed at Genzianella during Sappamukki. The hotel is located in a strategic position, 10 minutes from Sappada but also very close to the beauties of Cadore and 1 hour from the Pusteria Valley via Padola. The hotel is renovated, comfortable and clean rooms with the possibility of TV on demand. Spacious and new bathrooms. the staff is very kind and breakfast and dinner are as good as at home. The only flaw was the really uncomfortable mattress... Ours had a ridge in the middle.. Maybe in need of renovation (room 24). The price paid was very honest.

I felt very comfortable because the facility is PetFriendly and therefore I was able to bring my dog ​​with me. I found the hotel clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was very rich and varied. I can't judge the cuisine because I was always around during lunch/dinner times. The hotel is located in a very tactical area for those who love trekking, in fact there are many comfortable paths just a few minutes away by car. In addition to this, in an instant you arrive at Auronzo and Sappada, two very beautiful and characteristic centres. Overall I can say that I had a good time, without any major demands.

Ho trascorso 1 settimana con soggiorno B&B ma ho fruito anche del ristorante in alcune occasioni L'hotel ha stanze ben calibrate e spaziose anche per 1 solo ospite ed il ristorante offre una qualità e varietà di scelta molto interessante ed a costi contenuti ; La colazione è ottima e abbondante ed il personale si prodiga per proporre opzioni e dare al Cliente il massimo del servizio e dell'attenzione ... unico poblema (a mio avviso) è che la località non è molto centrale rispetto al comprensorio Dolomitico e questo obbliga gli ospiti a muoversi con l'auto per diversi chilometri, ma riguardo l'Hotel assolutamente feedback POSITIVO , MOLTO CONSIGLIATO !!!!

Struttura rinnovata, con camere pulite e onfortevoli. Ottma colazione e buon cibo. Proprietari e personale gentilissimi.
