Pleasant evening despite the cold for the table in front of the entrance. Good and really well cooked dishes, quality raw materials, not very abundant. Punctual and courteous service. A little salty bill. Too bad about the persistent smell of food on clothes and hair once you leave....

Very good atmosphere, it is like being in another era, with ancient objects and a superior arch. The menu is short but varied, I ordered white fish with lemon cream and artichokes and outstanding service

I am still sitting here... amazed. Haven't had a similar experience in a long time. Ever since we arrived, the service was attendant to details, patient, explaining to us (not speaking Italian) every aspect. Giaovanni recommended a white wine... it was amazing. The food - OUT OF THIS WORLD! I did not expect any of this, but I have to come back for more. Maaan, if you are around and you miss this, you're a fool! Mille Grazie per tutti! Until next time!

Informal but captivating place in the center of Reggio Emilia. Some outdoor tables in the small square in front. To be enjoyed at lunch without the crowding and the usual excessive evening fuss. Friendly service, sometimes a little distracted. Few dishes with some valid combinations. Prices a little high.

03/02/2025: Locale ben arredato trasmette tranquillità e ospitalità. Personale accogliente e gentile. Cucina con finestra a vista. Menù vario e con diverse proposte sia carne che pesce. Prezzi adeguati al ristorante, di certo non da locanda. Ottima qualità delle materie prime e ottimi vini proposti. Abbinamenti cibo particolari ed azzeccati. Gnocco fritto ed affettati gustosissimi. Ottimo anche il pane fresco ed il sorbetto alla mela verde. Come dicevi prezzi adeguati al locale.
29/01/2025: Very nice place, good service, good food, Fairly high prices for all courses. Bread and cover for two 7 euros I think it's exaggerated.

09/08/2024: On Tuesdays, in the summer, on the hills of Reggio Emilia, you can't help but eat fried seafood... this year you also tasted the cod morsels... delicious. Very spartan environment, typical of local festivals, but really excellent food. Must try.
