09/07/2026: There are restaurants where you eat well and restaurants where you live an experience. At Evi Ristorante Enoteca, we found both.
The restaurant is elegant, refined, and meticulously crafted. The atmosphere is welcoming, the rooms are impeccably clean, and you immediately feel like you're in a place where nothing is left to chance.
My wife and I felt welcomed right at home, with a genuine hospitality that is increasingly rare these days. Gabriele guided us throughout the dinner with elegance, discretion, and an old-fashioned sensibility: impeccable service, never intrusive and always attentive.
Mirko, the chef, is the soul of the kitchen. Dynamic, communicative, and deeply passionate, he conveys his love for his work and his guests. Talking with him as the experience unfolded transformed the dinner into a true gastronomic journey, built step by step. Every dish told a story, every taste had meaning. An added value that is priceless.
Special thanks also go to the attentiveness shown to my wife's gluten and lactose intolerances. In a gourmet dining setting, it's rare to find such a capacity to personalize each course without compromising on quality, technique, or presentation. Here, inclusivity isn't just a slogan, but a concrete reality that allows everyone to enjoy a top-notch gastronomic experience.
Kudos also to the owner, whose expertise and passion for beverages are evident. To fulfill a request of mine, he even sent a splendid bottle of biodynamic Veneto wine from the other restaurant. A gesture that speaks to the desire to provide customers with a complete and personalized experience.
Finally, a note on the value for money: for two people, we spent €118, a figure I consider an added value that opens the door for many to appreciate the caliber of the cuisine, the quality of the ingredients, the impeccable service, the wine list, and the attention received. An experience worth every penny.
Sincere compliments to the entire staff. At Evi Ristorante Enoteca, you don't just go for dinner: you enter a home where hospitality, passion, and a commitment to quality blend into a memorable experience. We'll definitely be back.
06/04/2026: A wonderful restaurant in Vicenza with an excellent wine selection. You can enjoy a variety of wines from the Veneto region. The sommelier kindly recommended several Veneto wines, and I chose a white wine.
I enjoyed pairing it with Vicenza's famous baccalà and polenta. The restaurant is easily accessible, located in a side street off the main street of the city center.
