Good morning, I would like to write 4 words to the ELI review made on December 1, 2024.
First of all, we didn't steal the money from anyone, as the next day it was returned to us (€50) so we are not thieves and certainly not dishonest.
The rudeness of the service came from the fact that there were 10 of you who were very rude kids and you hindered the waitresses' work because you were always standing around the table.
It is no coincidence that we have been open for 74 years and we are the third generation to manage the ALA restaurant, we have met many keyboard lions and you are among them!!!!
People know us for who we are, so you can also avoid writing nonsense

Old-fashioned trattoria, jovial atmosphere as you expect from a place like this. A few too many tables could help manage the space better, but more importantly the food is amazing

Posto piccolino ma confortevole, personale gentile per un clima “come a casa”.
Abbiamo preso, e penso sia d’obbligo, la pasta fatta in casa al cinghiale saporitissima con la carne che si scioglieva.
Consigliato anche il vitello con i carciofi, carne tenerissima e carciofi messi non solo a decorazione davvero gustosi.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

The food here is definitely super good, very typical Italian, the food, especially the fish in my experience was really really nice! The place is a bit loud and a bit close the people one on each other and maybe I point a bit also on the service that was a bit slow and didn’t understand what we were asking

È stata la prima trattoria che frequentavo appena fidanzato, andavo almeno 3 volte a settimana, poi mi sono trasferito e non ho più avuto modo di andarci, siamo tornati dopo 33 anni, è cambiata la gestione ma il cuoco è sempre lo stesso che allora era un ragazzino, abbiamo cenato veramente bene, con porzioni soddisfacenti e non misere come molti locali, prezzi più che onesti,personale cordiale e disponibile, veloci nel servire, credo che tornerà ad essere uno tra i nostri posti preferiti dove cenare. Peccato che abbia pochi posti a tavola , ho chiamato altre volte ma erano già pieni.consiglio vivamente, bravi continuate così e grazie ancora per la bella serata .
