I ordered half a spelt loaf on Tuesday, and it lasted until Friday, always good and soft. Sliced ​​in the toaster, they were excellent. Compliments to the baker. The only small negative: the sales assistants weren't very well-trained. When you sell a good product, the raw materials cost a little more, and consequently, the final product. The customer needs to be explained the reasons for certain prices: raw materials, workmanship, and the pursuit of improving the final result.
