20/08/2025: We stopped by for lunch, drawn by the reviews we'd read. The atmosphere is elegant, the food is okay, but our expectations were definitely higher. The food quality is very good, but the service could have been better. We probably just weren't lucky. It's a shame, but the service was impeccable.

The food was well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. Presentation was neat and thoughtful. Service was attentive without being intrusive — the staff deserves credit for maintaining a polite and professional tone throughout the evening. On the downside, the restaurant lacks any notable view — no canals or scenic surroundings. The interior is understated, and being located inside a hotel, the atmosphere feels more private and quiet rather than distinctly Venetian. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxed dinner with good service and well-executed dishes.
