09/11/2025: We had lunch on a Saturday at this beautiful place! The tasting menu was greatly appreciated by the entire table and gave us the chance to try every dish on the menu! The starters were all delicious, I couldn't choose one in particular... the woman who looked after us was excellent at giving us advice, very kind and professional... a place definitely worth trying! A gem in the heart of Monferrato.

The dishes offered are of remarkable quality, with fresh ingredients and recipes that celebrate the traditions of Monferrato. I found the appetizers particularly carefully crafted, but the real highlight is the cuisine, with excellent dishes that remain faithful to the rich local tradition. The typical Monferrato dishes, such as agnolotti, are highly recommended. The wine selection is another of the restaurant's strong points. The cellar is well-stocked, offering a wide selection of labels, perfect for accompanying every course. The fine wine I chose enhanced the flavors of the dishes, making the gastronomic experience complete and satisfying. The interior is very beautiful and refined, a blend of elegance and rusticity that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If possible, the experience is further enhanced by the opportunity to visit the family's Infernot, an immersion in the history and culture of the area. The location also offers a breathtaking view of the Monferrato hills. The staff was friendly, courteous, and competent, contributing to the impeccable service and a very pleasant experience.
