Informal place with typical Viterbo Lazio cuisine but also with innovative dishes, I tasted, tasted so to speak given the quantity on the plate, very good pinches all'amatriciana, as are the tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles, the chicken Viterbo style, blank and filled. The hare rabbit with chestnuts, paracula potatoes in the oven, in short, everything was good and quick in service. Perhaps the sautéed chicory is a little weak and lacks a few more minutes in the pan to sauté with oil, garlic and chilli. And then I recommend the SWEETS, leave a place for yourself. Rum chestnuts with cream...excellent. A little less so for semifreddos which should be left to soften before serving. Friendly staff, honest prices.

Sabato a pranzo in gita a Viterbo siamo andati a pranzo in questo ristorante. Il locale è carino e si trova nel centro storico. I prodotti usati direi di buona qualità, ma alcuni piatti sembravano riscaldati non fatti al momento. In complesso buono

Very positive experience. A point of reference if you are in Viterbo. Starting with the excellent welcome, continuing with the service, friendly and professional but never detached, finishing on a high note with the excellent food, with a menu that is never banal and abundant, but above all good, dishes. Also gluten free dishes. The price is an excellent surprise and for the quality and quantity of the food it is really happy.
An experience to be repeated without any doubt. Highly recommended
