Good tartare, excellent cheese and pepper! Pappardelle with wild boar ragout worth reviewing, the cooking of the pasta was a little ahead and above all it was unrelated to the sauce. Lamb cutlets with slightly heavy frying. Tiramisu with pan di stelle good but also a little heavy. Service and atmosphere ok. Overall an enjoyable evening!

Abbiamo cenato qui il 25 aprile. Purtroppo ci hanno fatto accomodare nel locale affianco, esteticamente non bello come la sala principale. Abbiamo preso una pizza fritta con porchetta, ottima....buonissimi anche i primi, soprattutto la carbonara....un po' meno il secondo. Tempi di attesa un po' lunghi. Conto nella media.

Nella centralissima piazza delle Erbe, in uno dei tanti vicoletti si trova questa osteria tipica viterbese. Ci accomodiamo subito avendo prenotato. Menù con ricette tradizionali ed altre rivisitate. Abbiamo preso una pizza fritta con rucola e porchetta seguita da un classico della cucina romana, la carbonara. Per chiudere pollo alla viterbese. La pizza fritta molto saporita, diversa da come viene fatta a Napoli, ma fritto non unto e leggero; carbonara molto saporita e ben presentata in un coccio di ceramica. Infine il pollo, anche esso sfizioso e saporito. Qualità prezzo ottima, unica nota di miglioramento per le cameriere, alcune delle quali hanno avuto, non specificatamente nei nostri confronti, un atteggiamento poco cordiale.

For food there is no problem, you will find everything, starting from an assorted typical platter, then being able to choose between various first courses including fish, up to tasty soups, which on the slightly rainy days in the Viterbo area, become tempting to dip in, perhaps a nice slice of good homemade bread, but I confess that I enjoyed the pappardelle with white wild boar ragù, truly special. Second courses with variety for all tastes, which I reserve the right to consume on the next visit of my niece who studies in Viterbo. Wines to choose from, also by the glass, top quality and pleasant desserts.
