Small, well-run and, above all, well-maintained restaurant. It offers a limited selection of dishes, but they're all good quality. A good selection of wines, for all budgets, is certainly a plus. Prices are slightly (but slightly) high, but still acceptable. The only flaw: a large wait staff, and used plates that remain on the table for 10-15 minutes.

Today at lunch we were 15 people and we were served by Miss Jasmine, she was very kind to us, helpful, she did an excellent job and the food was really delicious, thank you so much

We stayed in Viterbo for two nights, and after having a divine meal at Osteria del Vecchio Orologio on the first night, with fantastic service, my partner and I decided to return the following evening. A lovely place, excellent food, and very kind and polite staff. Two truly special evenings...

A restaurant that showcases local products with a modern twist. The chicory basket with egg and cheese is spectacular. The pasta is also very good. I didn't like the stuffed chicken because the fennel seeds in the sausage were too strong. The dessert of marron glaces and cream was also nice but lacked flavor. The bill was reasonable for what we ate. Well done.

Sunday group lunch. The ingredients were of the highest quality, and the menu offered a wide variety. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The table service provided by our waitress, Jasmine, made us feel right at home.

Congratulations to everyone, and to the owner, for choosing this skilled and efficient team. The menu is rich in a variety of dishes, all promising and intriguing! 24/10/2025: A very rustic restaurant. It's spacious and well-kept, albeit with a distinct '80s/'90s style. Everything is always very clean and tidy. The menu, which hasn't changed for years, is nevertheless a winning and varied one. It offers options ranging from appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, and pizzas. I've had the opportunity to try everything and have always found the dishes to be tasty (which isn't easy for a place that offers such a variety). The staff is very courteous and helpful. There's a short wait from ordering to the food arriving, but there's a long wait both upon arrival and at the cash register. The pizza dough is good, the ingredients are well-chosen, and the staff is very open to small changes to the ingredients and flavors on the pizzas. The price is average, but it's definitely a place you can rely on. I also consider it a go-to place for organizing dinners with friends and family, and I've never been disappointed. I return often and will continue to return. Recommended.
