On a romantic family weekend, we went to this restaurant, which was a wonderful discovery! We even ordered the lunch menu and were very pleased! Typical Sardinian cuisine, with such friendly staff that we'll definitely be back when we return to Alghero! Highly recommended, and congratulations on your cuisine—we couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank you!

One of the few restaurants open in Alghero in January. Excellent tasting menu with a focus on seasonal ingredients. Superb hospitality and professionalism! We'll be back!

It's a shame I can't give more stars, because this restaurant deserves them. We ate there on Sunday for lunch and it was a wonderful discovery. For our first course, we had braised octopus with creamed cannellini beans, sautéed chard and olives, and mullet tartare with cardoncelli mushrooms, black truffle, and crispy fregola cream. For our second course, we had baby squid with artichokes and fresh risotto-style pasta with fish broth, bottarga, and shrimp tartare. To finish, a delicious tiramisu to share. Everything was delicious and made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The kitchen is open to the public, and it's lovely to watch the chef assemble the dishes. The menu changes weekly, depending on the season. If you come to Alghero, don't miss it!

Al Tuguri was a fantastic experience. The restaurant is run by the owners themselves, which makes the whole dinner feel personal and genuine. The “Winter Flavours” tasting menu brings a real closeness to nature to the plate: deep, clean flavors and a true explosion of taste. The wine accompanied the dishes beautifully and was clearly chosen with the same level of care. The food would truly deserve a dedicated warm table lamp or a more distinctive lighting solution (a subtle spot on the plate), while the background lighting could be softer and warmer in tone. Attentive service, true gastronomy. Highly recommended.

For my birthday I chose this place recommended by a relative... beautiful location!! Even though it's October, we ate outside on the veranda... we ordered the 5-course tasting menu... the dishes were very well presented. I particularly liked some of them, a small criticism about the fish which was a bit dry; perhaps a sauce would have enhanced it. The staff was kind and competent, and the wine selection was excellent... what can I say? A must-see when you come to Alghero.

We found this restaurant by chance. We went in without a reservation. I recommend booking in advance. So we waited a bit for a seat to become available, and what a surprise! We ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing. A delight. Everything was excellent, the fish was well prepared and cooked. The pasta was cooked to perfection. It may seem a bit expensive, but if you have the opportunity, go there; you won't regret it. We hope to come back!

Enjoyed delicious fish dishes on the small and cozy rooftop terrace. A special starter: rabbit with squid🤩 The fish of the day was really fresh and beautifully prepared. Very attentive and friendly staff.

My husband and I had a tasting menu of 5 dishes and 4 types of wine. Everything was top-notch. The restaurant is small, located on 3 floors, very cozy in an authentic building.
