One of the best experiences, indeed probably the best in our 3 days for the Mantuan New Year.
Welcoming and friendly staff put us at ease with a few smiles that we didn't always find in the city.
It is therefore a bigoleria with an exclusive vocation for this type of first course which they cook in an extraordinary way, quality products cooked served with professionalism and speed, low prices for an experience within everyone's reach.

Very simple place, very kind and nice guys, as the name suggests bigoli shop with different condiments from the most classic ones such as carbonara, amatriciana etc.. to more elaborate and above all seasonal dishes. I tried the very good Mantuan carbonara with pumpkin and Guanciale, 200 gram portions but with the possibility of making a half portion.
A little hidden place near the station but absolutely worth trying!

Bella esperienza. Vasta selezione di condimenti per i bigoli. Prezzi onesti per la porzione classica, per la mezza a mio avviso un tantino alti ma tutto ottimamente specificato. Nel coperto incluso pacco di grissini e qualche fetti a di salame, molto apprezzato. Tornerei.

Nice experience. Wide selection of condiments for bigoli. Honest prices for the classic portion, for the half in my opinion a little high but everything excellently specified. The cover charge included a pack of breadsticks and a few slices of salami, much appreciated. I would go back.

Molto gentili ci hanno trovato posto all'ultimo momento di sabato sera. Per gli appassionati di bigoli assolutamente da provare anche per la varietà notevole di scelta. Buoni anche i taglieri di affettati. Buon appetito!
