A detour from the Cassia is a must to sample some of the area's typical dishes. We enjoyed an excellent platter of cured meats and cheeses, but the real treat was the pasta: delicious with cacio e pepe, but the real surprise was the garlic, oil, and breadcrumbs!!! Excellent dishes. We'll definitely be back.

Had a meal here while cycling the Via Francigena. Nice outdoor seating with beautiful views of the valley. Pasta dishes were excellent, salad was very good, everything else okay.
Had a good meal and would happily eat again.

Worth traveling from Singapore for... TWICE. The pici pasta with aglione garlic sauce is in my top 3 pasta dishes in the world, hands down.
Critical tip: The kitchen closes in the afternoon (around 3 PM), which is NOT listed on Google Maps.
On my second visit, I arrived at 3+ PM after waiting 4 years to eat this again. I was devastated and basically begged the staff. In an incredible act of kindness, they made it for us anyway.
The pasta is THAT good. A non-negotiable must-visit if you are anywhere near Tuscany. Just make sure to time your visit right!

We had dinner and breakfast here at the finest spot in Radicofani. A lovely terrace on a small square in front of the church, with the option of sitting under the trees. The restaurant has a very limited menu, but it's definitely worth it. We started with antipasti of local charcuterie and cheese, followed by the cazzagnoli. An excellent choice. My traveling companion was celebrating a birthday, and the staff were happy to help serve a surprise dessert with a candle. Thanks everyone. For breakfast, they had delicious coffee and an assortment of pastries and cakes. Highly recommended!

The little restaurant located in this village rich in history is truly delicious, the food is very good and genuine, you absolutely have to try the cazzagnoli cacio e pepe, a pasta that can only be found here🤩 attentive service and very kind staff makes it all an experience to remember🤩

I must admit, the quality of the pasta served here was absolutely mind-blowing. Though the town itself is small and unassuming, this was, without a doubt, one of the best pasta dishes we had on our entire trip.
Their 100% original handmade pasta was exceptional. I highly recommend trying it with either the aglione sauce or the cheese and pepper. This humble family trattoria, with its incredibly friendly atmosphere, is exactly what you hope to find when roaming the Tuscan region.
The only downside is that you will definitely need to drive, as it is exceptionally challenging to make your way up here otherwise.
