Roman and Abruzzo cuisine blended together. Steeped in tradition, Al Tinello d'Abruzzo is now in its third generation of family management. Recently renovated, the restaurant features two dining rooms, an open kitchen, and light colors.
We chose cod fillets, spaghetti alla gricia with artichokes, mutton skewers, and sautéed chicory.
A combination of Roman and Abruzzo staples. The ingredients are excellent, as is their preparation, cooking, and presentation. The service is professional and unobtrusive.
Located in the Tiburtina area, just steps from the metro, train station, and Tibus bus station. Good value. Reservations recommended.

The legendary Franco and Daniele brothers run this restaurant, showcasing authentic Abruzzese cuisine with a modern twist, using genuine ingredients. The restaurant has been tastefully renovated in a Rustico Urbano style, and the welcome is always warm and professional. In short, it's perfect for a casual evening with friends or a more formal dinner—you decide. It's a safe bet!

Very nice and welcoming place, and the staff is really friendly. I have to say the food is very good, the only flaw was the pizza. To give you an idea, if the amatriciana was truly a 10 out of 10, the pizza was a 6, the dough was nothing special. The meat was also really excellent.

A pleasant and unexpected discovery: I stumbled upon it by chance just before they opened, and the very friendly owner let me sit down while the staff finished their pre-service meal. The chicory and pecorino croquette was truly excellent, and I highly recommend the cacio e pepe—it's unforgettable! Well done!

An unexpected surprise near Rome's Tiburtina station. A fresh and friendly place, with pleasant decor. Local cuisine with rich flavors. I arrived without a reservation and was able to enjoy lunch without any problems. Most dishes were made to order. No long wait, but the flavors and ingredients were good, with a homemade taste. The service was good and quick. The quality/price ratio was good, I'd say extremely reasonable. Absolutely positive.

This restaurant serves excellent food, typical of Abruzzo's cuisine. Service is slow and the atmosphere is noisy.

My pizza was excellent, like everything else... too bad pizza served on a wooden cutting board... alas... not good at all. Eating the pizza, a strong rancid smell arose!
How can wood still be used in restaurants? Besides, I think it's even banned!
I was truly annoyed, because the smell ruined the good taste of the pizza, which was just how I like it... thin and well-cooked.
Be careful with your cutting boards... wood absorbs everything, and even the detergent you use to clean them isn't good.
A normal plate is better, but without the risk of unpleasant odors.
