A memorable experience that I recommend to everyone, even the most sceptical.
The waitresses will help you choose dishes that are sure to please you both aesthetically and full of taste. The chef dares and can, given the excellent result. Then, if you manage to be accompanied to the veranda, on the best days the place will offer you a wonderful view.

Our first experience in a vegan restaurant turned out to be positive, offering a culinary journey characterized by seasonality and the discovery of unusual and refined flavours. The dishes offered, although particular, were pleasant and well balanced, leaving us satisfied.
The focaccia, served in generous portions, is advisable to share between two people, as is clear from the images. Among the starters, we highly suggest "Ritorno dal Bosco" and "Meglio Tardivo che Mai", both well-researched and flavourful dishes.
Homemade tortelli with pumpkin, although tasty, tend to be slightly cloying after a few forkfuls, but they still remain a valid choice for lovers of this vegetable.
The only aspect that could be improved concerns the entrance to the restaurant, which is not very visible and can easily be confused with the adjacent tavern.
Overall, we recommend this gastronomic experience, ideal for those who want to approach vegan cuisine or simply experiment with new and genuine flavours.

2 years ago I was given a tasting menu, an experience I would do again every season!
Although I knew the restaurant by word of mouth since it opened, I never had the opportunity to go there until 2 years ago, and since then I have been going back whenever possible!
The dishes are edible works of art (it's the only place where I remember to photograph a dish before tasting it!) and always surprising in their flavors and balance between them. Every element is important! We need a restaurant like this in every city!!!
P.s. Eclissi rice absolutely worth trying once in your life.

Truly superb experience, I don't know how else to define it. The location is very well looked after but not excessive, while still remaining welcoming; the staff is trained and professional, with a smile that never hurts. The menu is quite varied and full of interesting combinations, there is also the possibility of trying a tasting route at a reasonable price (to which, however, add the price of the paired wines, if necessary). Without going into the details of the choices, I can only confirm the numerous positive reviews: the dishes are well served, beautiful to look at and obviously delicious.
Prices in line with the quality of the products, excellent quality/price ratio.
Truly a flagship for this area of the Region.

Frequentiamo questo ristorante da anni anche se non siamo ne vegani ne vegetariani. Ci siamo sempre trovati bene. L'ultima volta, 1 settimana fa i piatti erano a dir poco eccellenti con gusti armonici, presentati molto bene e sicuramente elaborati, il che denota molto lavoro e molta attenzione e ricerca nell'abbinamento degli ingredienti. Livello superiore a tanti ristoranti non vengani presenti sul territorio
