Anche dopo il recente cambio di gestione valuto il locale molto bene. Sono cambiati formati e tipo di piadina, di crescentina, di minestra ma ho trovato tutto ottimo. Sono convinto che se continuano così, senza ritoccare più di tanto i prezzi, la gente continuerà ad andare.

Chiosco dove mangiare una super piadina. Gusti tipici e locali. Gnocco fritto, squacquerone, sguazzone... un locale super per una breve pausa.

New management!!!!! From fried appetizers, burgers, crescents and wraps with cold cuts to dessert. Everything is really good and of good quality, you can feel that it is all prepared by them. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Suitable for companies and families. I highly recommend it!!

02/02/2025: Beautiful Sunday lunch with the menu proposed by the restaurant and also with other dishes chosen directly from the à la carte menu. What can I say, everything was good from the appetizers to the snails, soups, main courses and desserts. Courteous and impeccable service. Absolutely highly recommended restaurant.

L'Artista del Borlengo

09/02/2025: A little out of its time in terms of menu and environment. Very kind staff.
25/01/2025: A nice spacious and clean environment, on Bazzanese a few steps from the beautiful center of Bazzano. Ordering the Borlengo as a starter is in my opinion a must, really good and from the looks of it the gnocco and tigelle must also be very good. We had grilled fish served on 4 levels with even a little bit of frying. Really a lot of stuff, perhaps all a little bland for fish, but all fresh and delicious.
