A typical restaurant located slightly off the tourist trail in Bologna. Fast and helpful service. The owner is very friendly.
The tortellini and lasagna are excellent. The Sangiovese risotto is average. The Bolognese cutlet is interesting.
A note on the Sangiovese appetizer; it's considered for two, but perhaps because of the number of pieces of piadina and not so much the cured meats.

I really recommend this restaurant, it makes you feel at home, the food is excellent, the service is always attentive, it's like going to grandma's house on Sunday... Excellent value for money.

Everything I've tried here might be among the most delicious I've ever tasted.
It was here that I learned that the original lasagna was actually made with a green base. The ravioli was truly amazing.
The scaloppine, which I forgot to take a photo of, has been on my mind for months—I might even go back just to eat it again. The tiramisu we tried for dessert was a perfect ending.

Posto molto carino con un servizio famigliare ma visto le recensioni ed essendo a Bologna aspettavo una lasagna migliore. Non male ma ho mangiato molto meglio a Bologna in passato. Però molto carini sia Mamma e figlio

Wow, what an amazing restaurant, so glad we searched for a proper, not tourist trap restaurant, we found this place and everything was excellent, service, food, wine, atmosphere
Food all homemade, best pastas we have had and the desert, you just get the pannacotta and tiramisu
Would definitely come back if in bologna.
