What struck me most of all was the extreme courtesy of the staff that gave me hope. The menu offers both meat and fish; I chose the paccheri and tried the linguine because the dish was abundant. The flavor is there and you can taste it. Pasta cooked al dente, and "real" fish. I'm not used to "scarpetta", but in this case they brought us three baskets of a wonderful bread ("brushed". My friend ordered a hamburger that arrived on a plate full of chips. The location is strategic and overlooks the square. We had lunch in the outdoor area. The prices are those of a place intended for a different audience from modest trattorias but even ordering just one dish you "leave" satisfied.
The atmosphere is very welcoming and the food is of the highest quality, chef Stefano prepares really good dishes. The Francesco property makes you feel at home. We will definitely return as soon as we are in Versilia
