We received a very warm welcome, and the hotel staff is excellent.
However, the rooms are in need of renovation.
The heating couldn't be turned off, and the showers are in very poor condition—hardly any water, and the ventilation is broken. Guests had to put on their own duvets, which isn't the guest's responsibility.

Everything is fine. I'm not picky. I stayed for work. Unlike other hotels I've stayed at, this one is top-notch. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. My rating is five stars.

The setting is really pretty.
The reception is very nice.
It's a bit dated inside and could use a refresh.
The shower drain doesn't drain properly, and the handheld showerhead leaks and doesn't have a consistent spray. The faucet diffuser should be replaced.
As soon as someone smokes in front of the hotel reception, the entire lobby and stairwell smell of cigarettes.

Beautifully located, pleasantly weathered, this property lends a welcoming atmosphere. Very comfortable beds! Excellent food at the restaurant and more than decent breakfasts. Excellent staff, who warmly welcome not only their two-legged guests, but especially dogs as well. A truly special place.
