Al Peperoncino is ultra-authentic — a true taste of Roman cuisine. The pizzas are outstanding: their Roman-style thin crusts are just perfect, and the funghi pizza was unbelievably delicious 😍. We also tried the crocchette di melanzane e mozzarella and olive ascolane — both were absolutely amazing! Everything was beautifully cooked and full of flavor.
After almost 20 hours and three flights, this was my very first meal in Rome, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place 😍. Perfect food, authentic atmosphere, and wonderful service. Highly recommended to everyone craving real Roman flavors 🤤.

Pizzeria dal profilo informale. Il menù è pieno di proposte, che però non sono ricercate o raffinate, ma molto semplici. Pizza sottile “alla romana” sufficiente, ma non esaltante. Si può considerare la pizzeria di quartiere, sempre affollata, quindi poco adatta a bimbi molto piccoli. A fine pasto offrono sempre il solito fragolino, molto annacquato. Comunque nel complesso mi sono sempre trovata bene per una cena semplice e poco pretenziosa. Sufficiente ma molto commerciale.
