An authentic place with the feel of a trucker's snack bar (aka 'dirty spoon'). The owner has considerable entertainer qualities, which he lives out to the fullest, he also likes to have a drink or two with his guests. So far so good.
Unfortunately, the food isn't that great and that's what matters at the end of the day. No side dishes, no salad, just the product. Almost a little like puristic hipster gastronomy.
This also reminded me that it was the owner, not me, who chose what was put on the table. And to make matters worse, your plate was snatched from under your nose before you were finished.
Conclusion: Ambience *****, food **, price/performance ratio ***.

Hoy desayuné y almorcé en Padrino. El lugar es tan auténtico que no estoy seguro de lo que comí, pero fue maravilloso. Para el almuerzo comí atún cubierto de repollo rojo o tal vez cebollas rojas por la remolacha, no tengo idea. Fue excelente. La cena fue mejor, pescado envuelto alrededor de otra sustancia y una ensalada. Fue genial. Obviamente me encanta este lugar.

Cucina nella media, prezzi accettabili e cosa che mi è piaciuta è la cucina a vista. Forse un po' troppo folcloristico, ma va bene così.
