Ogni volta che passo da Messina non posso non pranzare dal Padrino. Il loro ottimo antipasto misto pesce, primi e secondi che ripropongono la tradizione, sono squisitezze. Le signore nella cucina a vista si muovono con professionalità e come un orologio I ragazzi ai tavoli sono garbati ed allegri ed il titolare che ha una battuta per tutti. Non è un posto raffinato ma La qualità della materia prima è alta, qui si viene per gustare le bontà di Messina in un ambiente famigliare. Consigliatissimo, io sicuro che ci tornerò tutte le volte che ci passerò

Recomendamos su antipasto di mare como un stater, un desfile de platos de mariscos locales sicilianos. Porción muy generosa, así que básicamente esto es para que dos compartan. También teníamos platos de pasta a base de mariscos, simplemente eran deliciosos también. Junto con una botella de blanco gaseado de la casa, cervezas, la cuenta era muy razonable. Usted será recibido por un propietario encantador que habla inglés. En mi opinión, Messina no es una gran ciudad para hacer turismo, pero fue una incidencia muy afortunada que encontramos esta encantadora trattoria. Todas las mesas estaban ocupadas por clientes locales distintos a nosotros, prueba de autenticidad segura.

08/09/2025: Alas, a sudden trip to Savoca, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and beyond the unique and original landscape, the setting of the Godfather movie, everything wow! We had lunch at Gelsonero by chance, where we were pampered and well-served by waiters Giovanni and Kevin, who recommended beautiful, well-prepared dishes. An unusual menu for me, but delicious... Everything was carefully thought out down to the smallest details, good wine, and even the place was spotless. What can I say? Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back. Hats off, guys! See you next time!
06/09/2025: There's not a single flaw in this restaurant. The entire staff is truly knowledgeable and friendly in the right way, never intrusive but always present! All the dishes were exceptional! I would go back every day! Well done!

18/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant! It perfectly reflects the charm and atmosphere of the village of San Marco D'Alunzio!!! As for the dishes, everything is delicious. From the appetizers to the desserts! Everything is made with excellent raw materials, with love and great professionalism! But the main course of the restaurant is Pippo, the owner, who knows how to put everyone at ease. Thanks to him and their masterful dishes, a magical, unique and timeless atmosphere is created... absolutely worth trying, you won't regret it!!
17/08/2025: Hospitality and friendliness are the hallmarks, as are the authentic flavors of Sicilian tradition. After more than 10 years, we returned to this fantastic, timeless restaurant, and once again it amazed us.
