Being vegan, I was sure I was going to have a great time there. And indeed, the four-course dinner, in this beautiful setting with a view, was delicious, refined, and intimate. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Vegetarian dishes straight from the owner's garden. Very surprised by the freshness and full flavors.

We stumbled upon dinner almost by chance, and this time we weren't blindly lucky... quite the opposite! Upon arrival, the owner sat us at a table under the portico and then explained the set menu. From that moment on, it was pure tasting ecstasy. For the first time in our lives, we ate vegan. A very pleasant surprise!!! We'll be back soon, both for the excellent food, its superior quality and flavor, and for the kindness and service. The menu consisted of four courses, from appetizer to dessert. The wine was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, even for those who, like us, have never tried vegan.

The food here is fantastic. We truly enjoyed every bite. A culinary experience that can be recommended even to non-vegans. The prices are high, but quality comes at a price.

A restaurant that combines finesse and an exceptional setting. Cut off from the world in this small garden with an incredible view of the vineyards. There are only a few tables and a unique vegetarian menu of very high quality. They even accommodate special diets (gluten-free in my case). Plus, the recommended wines are delicious.

The food is absolutely outstanding! We were in Tuscany for over a week, and ate at some amazing places — even the 3 Michelin star Osteria Francescana restaurant by Massimo Bottura in Modena. However this was by far the best food we ate, and easily the best atmosphere! I’m not vegetarian (my wife is), but this food is world class by any standards, and it’s just a bonus that anyone can eat here. It’s quiet, with only a few tables to eat at, and the scenery and service is outstanding. And the food is genuinely world class.

We booked a cooking class with Karin and it was the most unique and beautiful experience. The villa and grounds are stunning rich with history. The pasta we made was incredibly delicious, fresh and organic. We aren’t vegan but enjoy eating vegetarian and this was impeccable.
