Best vegterian/vegan restaurant in Tuscany/Italy?! We found it by coincidence and stayed in the end for 2 dinners. Awesome experience, as it is a 5 course tasting menu, and the menu is not known until the plates are brought to youd table. (Nearly?) Everything is organic and the vegetables/fruits are grown in the owner‘s garden and only seasonal igredients are used. The menu changes every day and costs 48€/per person. We had two wonderful dinners, as you can start having a drink in the beautiful garden with a view over the vinyards and olive trees. The staff is LOVELY!! Such a heartwarming team! If you friendly ask, you can even charge your electric car. We‘ll definitely come back BUT this time we‘ll stay in one of the rooms for a couple of nights, as the hotel looks fabulous!😊

A real gem. All delicious, high level vegetarian cuisine, good for everyone. Vegan, gluten-free options. Really recommended for those who love good food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

For being an all vegetarian meal, this place blew me out of the water. I wasn't sure what to expect, but wow! Food was super flavorful, you wouldn't even know it was vegetarian. The meals were innovative, generous portions, perfect pacing, amazing service and fair price. Would highly recommend!
