Very pleasant surprise in Rome, very well-kept restaurant and above all excellent cuisine with very fresh fish dishes, manager and staff very attentive to the customer and qualified to take into consideration if you want to make an excellent impression

I would say excellent! The fish is undoubtedly of quality and the chef, Davide, is a truly knowledgeable young man who puts his heart and soul into his dishes. The service is one of the best in Rome. The desserts are also excellent.

It is a cozy place well known for fish food. I went to Molo many times, but recently I was a little disappointed: the menu is quite confusing as there is no clear distinction between entrees and main courses. Lingune with clams were not special (too liquid and salty) and in a similar place you expect them to be veraci.The wine list was useless as no one of the rosés on it was available. Anyway the choice (for wines) is generally good and prices reasonable. It is not a cheap place and I hate when I leave and I am still hungry as the portions are mini. It was one of my favorites in the area, but I don't think I will go back for a while.

WITHOUT INFAMY AND WITHOUT PRAISE... 11 May 2024 lunch at table 7. Strengths: the service Andrea, Ludovica and Alessandro are simply perfect. Standard and sophisticated fish-based food. Measly portions that if you don't ask for an encore, as I did with the first course, you will wake up hungry. I was invited to a business lunch. The price is IMHO excessive in relation to the quantity.

On Sunday for lunch with my wife, we tried this restaurant in our area for the first time. Nice location, the guy who served us, Alessandro, attentive and prepared, a true rarity today, recommended the scampi cream risotto which did not disappoint expectations. We will gladly return

29/11/2023: Perché non ripristinate la consueta e bello ingresso del ristorante? Il viale è le sue luci sono state sempre invitanti, elegante e raffinato. L'ingresso di ora sembra una forzatura, dover vedere le auto in esposizione: consiglio mantenete i due ingressi, però chi entra dalla concessionaria ha lo sconto del 10% sul conto finale del ristorante. Come sempre la cucina di Aqua è all'altezza delle aspettative, pesce sempre freschissimo!!!!
07/09/2023: Ristorante all’interno della concessionaria Lexus dell’Eur. La sala da pranzo moderna e con il classico taglio business. Specialità crudi di mare e qualche piatto cucinato. Catalana di astice (45€) solo discreta, utilizzati pomodori non adatti. Crudi di mare freschi. Prezzi alti Servizio giovane ma professionale. Prevedere una spesa alta, d’altronde il crudo di pesce non costa mai poco
