This is the best place for traditional Italian food in Milano.
It’s a family restaurant opened in 1962 and still run by the family with Mrs Elide on top of the restaurant to make sure that everything is prepared well in the kitchen and guests are very well served and look after properly.ravioli selections was delicious and tiramisu also tasted so good plus recommended Prosecco,my friend had it dish from polenta which is very characteristic of the cuisine of the Milano region,definitely will be back sometime next year.

A wonderful mix of authentic, classy, and inviting. All the dishes were very good or exceptional! We were tourists from the states and the staff was kind and patient with us. If you eat meat, their #1 dish is Ossobuco (the risotto is fine, the meat is outstanding), also must try one of the Cotoletta(veal). The tortelloni is so fresh and handmade tasting.
I would come back here any time I’m in Milan! Well priced, great service, great authentic atmosphere.

What an amazing and fun experience - perfect way to wrap our last last dinner in Italy!While you normally need reservations to get in, we showed up based on a recommendation and no reservations. They were super nice, accommodating and warm and made this a special evening! The food was flavorful and delicious!!

We had a really lovely dinner here! We got the milanese/lombard classics of ossobuco and risotto and the cutlet and both were extremely delicious and the best we had in Milan! We went close to opening and we were able to get a table without a reservation. The servers were also all really friendly and helpful and the restaurant had fun decorations, including photos of many famous people dining here. We were surprised to learn that the chef was this lovely woman who had been running the place for over 50 years!
I would definitely recommend going here to experience a true taste of Milan’s food and sit in a restaurant with a lot of history!

A perfect trattoria in the centre of Milan. Delicious Milanese cuisine cooked by noona. The food was absolutely delicious with fresh ingredients. Multiple dishes were sampled including tortellini with pumpkin (absolutely light, perfect seasoning), monzese risotto with sausage, tagliatelle with wild boar, Milanese classic cutlet and multiple deserts. Each dish was perfect curated. The restaurant was cosy, well lit, very busy but service was efficient. One must definitely try this place if you are in Milan!

Ristorante storico Milanese in zona centrale (posteggio impossibile). Anche gli arredi e l' ambiente sono stati mantenuti in stile vecchia Milano. Purtroppo però i tavoli sono piccolissimi e ravvicinatissimi, il ristorante è sempre pieno (anche in settimana) pero' un po' più di spazio sarebbe gradito. Il personale è gentile e preparato.
La cucina è milanese tradizionale, però la ricordavo migliore. Abbiamo mangiato la cassoeula, buona ma poco saporita, e la torta paesana (buona).

Pranzo con amici. Locale come sempre pieno, abbiamo trovato posto passando di persona. Sale non enormi e tavoli ravvicinati, ne vale la pena per assaggiare un ottimo risotto con l'ossobuco e la classica cotoletta con patate (purtroppo pochine).
Personale gentile e sempre presente, ristorante storico nel pieno centro modaiolo di Milano. Prezzi non economici ma neanche stratosferici.
