everything perfect. however, it is practically impossible to find a seat unless you go close to the opening. having a house nearby I received 5 refusals before being admitted, kindly, to the table, on a rainy day. Even though I find the environment and the food excellent, it's not my thing to beg for a seat at the table every time.

Ottimo cibo, prevalentemente tradizionale, servito in questa osteria accogliente e ben arredata. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto alto e i camerieri sono molto gentili e disponibili. Nota di merito per la pasta alla norcina, la torta al testo appena sfornata e il dolce del giorno (torta al cioccolato con caramello salato), davvero ottimi! Ci torneremo

Recommended by my hotel. The atmosphere is an awesome medieval subterranean setting and the staff is very friendly & efficient. I was disappointed with my dish, "earthenware scamorza with summer truffle," which was basically a bowl of baked cheese with some shaved truffles on top. I had to order a salad for variety.

Cozy place, great food. Tender and juicy sliced ​​meat with rosemary, served with cooked herbs and baked potatoes. Definitely recommended.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato un’ottima pizza. Vedendo gli invitanti piatti di pasta che passavano tra i tavoli, abbiamo deciso di tornarci e provarli, rimanendo colpiti dalla bontà degli Umbricelli.
