I had the umbricelli with both goose sauce and Norcina sauce. Both were excellent and the portions generous. The atmosphere was rustic but pleasant and welcoming, and the service was also good, thanks to the friendly and helpful waiters.

Very good experience, the welcome is perfect and the owner speaks French. The vaulted room is magnificent. The food is homemade. A place to recommend.

I dined there twice in the same week during my stay in the city: the first time accompanied by a friend from Perugia, the second time on my own initiative, as I had such a wonderful experience the previous time. The staff were very welcoming and polite, always available to offer advice or clarification on dishes and drinks, as well as on how to pair dishes for a table of diverse dietary needs, ensuring everyone was satisfied with excellent food. The quality of the food is very high, the portions are generous, and the price is very fair. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, but it reflects the spirit of the city. I fell in love with it and recommend this place to everyone. I particularly appreciated the decision to avoid sourcing from multinationals, opting instead to support the local economy, small producers, and fair trade products, as well as the current campaign to support the Palestinian population by donating part of the proceeds from certain dishes to NGOs working in the Middle East.

Excellent food and fast, friendly service. The charcuterie, cheese, and meat platters are a must-try! It's practically downtown, so easy to get to. It was recommended to us by the staff at the hotel where we were staying, and we were all very pleased!

Una location che si fa apprezzare per aver conservato i locali con volte a mattoni tipici medioevali e altrettanto per la tradizione culinaria. Unico neo ma forse meglio così, non vi è ricezione quindi si dialoga sorseggiando un buon vino, locale !

Cibo eccezzionale, gli affettati e i formaggi veramente divini, anche la grigliata di maiale senza parole...... il personale molto cortese e gentile .Consiglio di prenotare perche sempre pieno
