We chose this place to try the vast vegan choice and we were not disappointed, neither by quantity nor by quality. Crispy falafel and amazing dalawi, both great to start with. Warm and fragrant Arabic bread. And then... the main course... kibbe with curry potatoes. MARVELOUS. Potatoes cooked to perfection, creamy and tasty. The kibbe is the dish that will make us come back here, without a shadow of a doubt. All very spicy, even slightly spicy, but balanced at its best.
The desserts are also excellent, although not the highlight. Reservation recommended due to the small size of the venue.

This is truly a special place! The food is divine, it has an excellent quality-price ratio, the place is cared for down to the smallest detail and the staff is courteous and helpful!

Almadina è una vera istituzione storica a Pisa, un punto di riferimento per chi desidera assaporare la cucina mediorientale autentica in un ambiente accogliente e familiare. Ogni volta che torno, ritrovo la stessa qualità impeccabile e l’atmosfera calorosa che lo rendono unico. Il mio piatto preferito è senza dubbio il Mix vegetariano: un tripudio di sapori, profumi e colori che conquista al primo assaggio. Un equilibrio perfetto tra tradizione, freschezza e cura nei dettagli.
Un ringraziamento speciale alla gestione, sempre attenta, gentile e professionale: è anche grazie a loro se Almadina continua a essere un luogo così speciale a Pisa.

Almadina is a true historical institution in Pisa, a point of reference for those who want to savor authentic Middle Eastern cuisine in a welcoming and familiar environment. Every time I return, I find the same impeccable quality and warm atmosphere that make it unique. My favorite dish is undoubtedly the vegetarian mix: a riot of flavours, aromas and colors that conquers at the first taste. A perfect balance between tradition, freshness and attention to detail.
Special thanks to the management, always attentive, kind and professional: it is also thanks to them that Almadina continues to be such a special place in Pisa.
