Piedmont and France meet in an explosion of flavor and refinement... the staff is very well prepared and trained in classic and "old" (finally) catering. Carefully prepared dishes, like the equipment, where nothing is left to chance. We took half a liter of house wine, two starters (cardoon flan and anchovy sauce, Burgundy-style snails on Jerusalem artichoke cream), a first course (agnolotti with roast sauce), a second course (boar stew-like and Belgian endive with honey), a trio of divine cheeses and a second course, chosen from this very refined trolley which they bring to your table so that you can choose directly, all accompanied by compotes made by them and for what I took (very seasoned) they might not have been useful. The waiter, serving me the cheeses, did what I consider a 5-star thing, he showed me the way to eat them.
There is flambé service directly in the dining room at the table, a dessert trolley which is sublime.
In short, we spent €108.00 for everything, I recommend it to everyone.

Siamo stati veramente bene. Cibo ottimo. Rapporto qualita' /prezzo ottimo con giusto ricarico sui vini .Servizio attento e veloce. Locale ben arredato . Ci ritornero ' sicuramente .
Restaurant with Piedmontese or international menu. Fine selection of cured meats and cheeses. Wines and spirits selected by the Sommelier, always available to propose the right combinations. A special note for the desserts reworked by the chef.

I knew the place but I hadn't treated myself to dinner yet. Of course, I only allow myself a few during the year, but this is one of those occasions that you remember later! As an appetizer: Raw Fassone meat with Foie Gras flambéed with Gin, beautiful to look at as well as to eat. Piedmontese agnolotti: a guarantee! The desserts were also well presented, we tried a couple of them including the bonet, really good. I found friendliness from the moment we entered, professional and kind waiters despite the work flow. The venue is beautiful and often displays large canvases on the walls, thus also giving visibility to different artists. I'll be back!

Non sbagli mai a venire qui, sia in estate nel dehors che in inverno all’interno. Questa volta ho portato i miei cugini dall’Argentina facendo un figurone. Il menu cambia spesso, piemontese ma rivisitato con fantasia. Sempre magnifici i carrelli di formaggi e dolci. Servizio gentile ed efficiente.
