Excellent restaurant specializing in Piedmont. Very warm welcome, beautiful tables with white tablecloths and great team on duty, everything we enjoyed for dinner and as a family was perfect in terms of cooking and flavors. Special features: 3 trolley options for Piedmont cold meats, cheeses and desserts with a very wide choice and everything is delicious. To recommend without reservation, worth its rating above 4.6/5. Restaurant very close to the Duparc Immobilier suites which we also recommend.

I returned to this place, where I often dined, after more than 20 years, precisely because it had remained in my heart. and I confirm that it hasn't changed at all. I also recognized some members of the staff, who were always kind and very professional. I had never eaten on the veranda: delicious and warm. the cuisine is always at an above average level. it did not disappoint me or my family at all, who I wanted to take to the white owl at all costs to give them an experience worth trying right up until the triumph of desserts on the unforgettable trolley.

The very high quality of food and service justify the moderate prices. Ideal for business dinners. Optimal position for parking and walking along the Valentino park.

Piedmont and France meet in an explosion of flavor and refinement... the staff is very well prepared and trained in classic and "old" (finally) catering. Carefully prepared dishes, like the equipment, where nothing is left to chance. We took half a liter of house wine, two starters (cardoon flan and anchovy sauce, Burgundy-style snails on Jerusalem artichoke cream), a first course (agnolotti with roast sauce), a second course (boar stew-like and Belgian endive with honey), a trio of divine cheeses and a second course, chosen from this very refined trolley which they bring to your table so that you can choose directly, all accompanied by compotes made by them and for what I took (very seasoned) they might not have been useful. The waiter, serving me the cheeses, did what I consider a 5-star thing, he showed me the way to eat them. There is flambé service directly in the dining room at the table, a dessert trolley which is sublime. In short, we spent €108.00 for everything, I recommend it to everyone.

Siamo stati veramente bene. Cibo ottimo. Rapporto qualita' /prezzo ottimo con giusto ricarico sui vini .Servizio attento e veloce. Locale ben arredato . Ci ritornero ' sicuramente .

Chapeau. Perfetta serata. Ci hanno fatto accomodare appena arrivati e non era scontato visto che era pieno. Location carina anche con Debora, bravi e gentili tutti quelli dello staff. Abbiamo mangiato carne cruda di Fassone con Foie Gras flambato al Gin (piatto alla lampada), che peraltro un bravissimo cameriere ha cucinato con grande maestria davanti a noi, poi io la guancia di vitella brasata al Carema con cipolline d'Ivrea caramellate e mio figlio costata di scottona alla griglia. Poi per concludere uno straordinario assortimento piemontesi dop dal nostro carrello accompagnati da miele di castagno e composte di frutta e mio figlio tiramisù è una torta al cioccolato. Da bere un ottimo barbera d’asti docg i Tre Vescovi e un passito per accompagnare i formaggi. Prezzi medio - alti ma ne vale certamente la pena.
