My partner and I have been here twice, and I must say that, even though the place isn't large, the food is truly exceptional. The cheeses, pasta dishes, meats, and cured meats are top-quality. The atmosphere is family-friendly, a corner of Rome in Aprilia worth a visit.

Excellent food. Fair prices. FANTASTIC staff. If you're in the area, a visit to Salvino Fraschetteria is highly recommended. Also, next door, they have the ZELIG gelateria (run by one of their daughters), which is equally fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Simply unique!!! Aside from the food (truly DELICIOUS, EVERYTHING EXCELLENT), we were warmly welcomed by the "hosts" (because you really feel at home!!!)... who are truly hilarious!!! Friendliness, courtesy, kindness, a real pleasure! Traditional cuisine above the rest, everything authentic and cooked with love. ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY

04/08/2026: Very nice place and you can see that it was renovated recently, even without a reservation we managed to find a table, the service was always available and kind, the appetizer was good and plentiful, we had excellent fettuccine as a first course, excellent choice of wines with "finally" honest prices, we didn't try the meat but I imagine it's their strong point, next time we'll try it... the bill was more than fair for what we ate.
03/08/2026: Tasty dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions. Excellent value for money, it's hard to beat. The place is welcoming, well-kept, and has a pleasant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. Friendly staff and attentive service. It's definitely a place I'd happily return to and one I recommend to anyone looking for good food without breaking the bank.

18/07/2026: Good food, very nice atmosphere. Service was so-so. The fillet I asked for medium rare arrived almost well done. I would definitely go back.
12/07/2026: I went there for the first time last night, invited by a couple of friends, and I must say it was a delightful discovery. The absolute star of the dinner was the meat. I've eaten a lot of it over the years, but this was undoubtedly among the best I've ever tasted. I also appreciated the service, always attentive and professional. Definitely a restaurant I'll return to and one I recommend to all meat lovers.
