Hospitality, friendliness, delicious food—words are inadequate! Thanks to Salvino and the wonderful lady with the pink headband, whose name we didn't ask. Laughter is good for the heart, and good food makes you happy. Irene (from the shiatsu group)

Mediocre experience. I expected something more also looking at the other reviews, yet the experience did not satisfy me completely. Fraschetta, but half, there are the canonical dishes of the Roman tradition, such as carbonara, gricia etc, less in the seconds and the appetizers. The portions are quite small compared to the average of the place, high prices and not very strong flavor. Arrosticini good, but also quite expensive. Recommended, but only because in Aprilia there is not much other choice from this point of view.

15/11/2025: Food is the reason most people choose a restaurant, and while it's true that we're now more or less aligned with a medium-high quality standard, people choose it for other reasons as well. I personally come to ReTrombone every now and then, but since I have my own restaurant, I don't have time, at least in the summer. I can tell you that having a place where the people serving you are kind, polite, competent, and "absolutely delicious." I didn't mention the owner Alessandro in the review because he doesn't deserve it, 🤣 I'm kidding, all the credit goes to him. Well done guys. Excellent service. ...

01/11/2025: Everything is really delicious. I recommend everything. The calzone is special, the box and the ricotta are sublime.
28/09/2025: Worth the wait! We went on a Saturday night and had to wait 30 min for a table for 2. The calamari mixto and the Pulpo and were delicious!! The staff (Carmen, Pepe, & Alex) were super friendly!! One of my favorite meals in Gaeta.
