Small fraschetta (trattoria) in the center of Aprilia, obviously serving typical Roman dishes. Excellent quality, freshly prepared dishes. We didn't take appetizers, but looking at them they had a "beautiful face", and in any case those were cut and served at the moment too. The staff was very kind and very sociable, it seems a bit like "going to eat at mum's house", I don't know if I get the idea. The place is not very large, although there are some outdoor tables. However, I recommend booking. The only note to note, I would have preferred slightly larger portions, but perhaps it was the hunger that was so great... In conclusion I recommend it, we will definitely return.
