27/12/2025: I went to Osteria Dul Tarlisu the other evening with friends, and the overall impression was positive, though not perfect. The atmosphere is truly the highlight: as soon as you enter, you feel transported to an old Lombard tavern, with walls lined with copperware, vintage bottles, and wooden furniture that make everything feel very intimate and warm. It's the ideal place if you're looking for a casual yet characterful atmosphere.
Moving on to the food, we ordered traditional classics. The risotto was perfectly cooked and very flavorful, and the meat was tender, just as you'd expect in a place like this. You can tell the ingredients are carefully selected and there's a strong connection to the local area. However, the wait times were a bit inconsistent: between the appetizer and the main course, we waited a bit too long, even though the place wasn't completely full.
The staff is friendly and approachable, making you feel at home, even if they sometimes seem a bit rushed. As for the bill, I'd say it's fair for the quality, although some individual dishes are perhaps slightly above average for the quantity.
In short: an excellent choice for those who love traditional cuisine and want to escape from the same old, modern restaurants. I'd definitely return to try the other dishes on the menu, perhaps hoping for a little quicker service.
