04/06/2026: This stop on our Pizza Tour led us to discover a pizzeria capable of offering us an evening of conviviality and extraordinary efficiency. From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the convenience of nearby parking and the impeccable management of our reservation.
As we sat down, we were able to explore a pleasantly rich and varied menu. The Ambience and Service factor (3.92 out of 5) truly surprised us: receiving twelve pizzas at exactly the same time, especially in a lively and nearly full dining room, is far from a given! The waiters were prompt, smiling, and always available. The atmosphere in the dining room was perhaps a touch warm, and although the design of the place is basic and some aspects could use more attention, the comfortable seating and spacious spaces immediately made us feel at ease.
Moving on to the real stars of the table, the pizzas displayed an inviting and authentic aesthetic (3.50 out of 5), but it was the bite that won us over. The flavor (4.42 out of 5) was excellent, driven by an interesting dough with a delicate wholemeal aftertaste. The thin yet very firm structure ensured perfect cooking (4.33 out of 5). The highly digestible base highlighted the excellent quality of the ingredients (4.25 out of 5): few, carefully selected, and enhanced by simple details like a fragrant touch of oregano. The result is a meal that's not at all heavy, leaving just enough room for dessert. For those seeking a more substantial experience, the double dough is a generous option that fully justifies the small surcharge.
All in all, the quality/price ratio stands at a balanced 3.75 out of 5. To our inevitable question, "Would you eat it again tomorrow?" we answered with a solid 3.92 out of 5.
With a final average score of 4.01 out of 5, this outing leaves us with a decidedly positive memory. A genuine experience that combines top-notch service with a tasty, light pizza. We'd definitely return!
03/06/2026: Excellent service, very friendly and kind, the atmosphere is clean and well-kept, although a bit sterile, it would be nice to find some solution for the table layout in the main room. I've been told the regular pizza is delicious, but I have to say I'm not quite there with the gluten-free pizza; it looks like a flat focaccia with ingredients that aren't completely combined, and the mozzarella on top isn't completely melted. I hope to find something more gluten-free-friendly in the future. Especially since I called and asked if they had gluten-free options, the waitress later told me they didn't guarantee it and wasn't entirely sure. I wish I'd had this information when I called to make a reservation, but instead I was told there was no problem. Other than those easily fixable issues, I'd say it's fine.
