Al Forte Nugent In Pastrengo

I have been to this place several times already. Always a wonderful experience. Nice, kind waiters. Beautiful and many proposals on paper and everything always very very good.

For a nice evening with friends I once again made a reservation at Al Forte online, which worked perfectly. The ambience is quite something, although we prefer visiting in the garden in summer, with the best view. Everyone was impressed by both the very courteous service and the quality of the food. We had a really great evening, thank you very much!

Sono stata insieme a mio marito in questo ristorante segnalato dalla titolare del relais dove alloggiavamo in occasione del vinitaly. La location è unica nel suo genere essendo un antico forte ristrutturato in maniera impeccabile. La cucina è ottima , abbiamo ptss ed o un risotto con gli asparagi bianchi davvero gustoso e poi il baccalà mantecato e le costine di agnello cucinate divinamente. Piatti davvero curati e porzioni anche abbondanti . Un plauso particolare al cameriere Lucio davvero professionale ma anche accogliente . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

This restaurant is truly exceptional. The cuisine is exquisite, the service impeccable, and the ambiance nothing short of enchanting it feels like dining in a grand castle. I highly recommend the truffle gnocchi it was a masterpiece of flavors, with each ingredient unfolding beautifully on the palate. A dining experience to remember.

What can I say, super friendly and welcoming waiters. Very nice location, romantic and well kept both inside and out, plus you can enjoy a beautiful view of Verona. We ate the rice with scallops which was nothing short of exquisite and my son had the pappardelle with mushrooms amazing. Homemade tiramisu very good. When we return to these parts it will definitely be repeated. Overall it deserves a nice 5 stars. Highly recommended

Today we went to the Al Forte Restaurant in a wonderful location!! in a hilly position in an Austrian fort from 1860. We are welcomed into a suggestive atmosphere with exposed brick vaults and a panoramic terrace overlooking the Veronese hills. The kitchen offers both meat and fish dishes, prepared with quality raw materials and presented with care. Excellent service. Highly recommended!!!!

We are a couple with a small child and the opportunities to go out for dinner alone can be counted on one hand. For Valentine's Day we booked online the themed dinner organized by the restaurant at the Forte and I must say that we were really happy. First of all, the food was really excellent (porcini ice cream, a discovery of the evening), and the portions were more than generous. The environment was all set up for the occasion and therefore the atmosphere was perfect for a romantic dinner. Also I have to say one thing: We made a small note because our table was near the kitchen door and therefore in a slightly awkward position and the staff did everything they could to resolve the situation, even going as far as changing our table and this is absolutely not a given. The service was attentive, thoughtful, never intrusive and super professional, thus enhancing the cuisine. There are few professionals in this sector now, they all think they know how to be a waiter and instead it is a difficult job, made up of details and nuances. In this place I can finally say that I have found the service I expect when I want a romantic outing. Thank you all for making our long-awaited evening special! 💕

In August 2024 we had the wedding of my daughter who lives in Chicago. We were about 90 people, 40 of whom were Americans. They were all amazed by the place, the food by Romolo's organization and the kindness of all the staff.
