Al David - La Vineria con Cucina In Trieste

Happened by chance on a Monday in November. One of the few restaurants open for dinner in the center of Trieste. The location is very characteristic, a nice tavern with tables also outside where you can breathe a family and convivial atmosphere. Fast and friendly basic service. Spaghetti with clams and bottarga was very good, too bad it got cold immediately, perhaps because it was served barely warm. Octopus tentacle with pea cream soup and excellent burrata. Amazing chocolate cake. Account in the norm. For me it was a good experience. Pet allowed. I advise.

If you want to visit Trieste don't forget to have lunch, the first courses are very good

Very good food with super friendly service. Centrally located, great espresso and really great Merlot. You can't go wrong here

Eravamo alla ricerca di un locale per passare una sobria serata per un addio al celibato e per puro caso abbiamo trovato il miglior locale di tutta Trieste! Ci hanno trattato benissimo, penso che non potevamo trovare posto migliore. Il personale veramente caloroso. Abbiamo preso degli ottimi crostini con Baccalà e frittura di pesce. Bevuto a non finire e speso il giusto. Estremamente consigliato 💖
