A group of friends passing through, a small restaurant that happened to have last-minute availability. Traditional cuisine, with seasonal specials. A well-kept yet welcoming and familiar atmosphere. Impeccable service. But the food was truly above average, from starters to desserts, even the bread served at the table, everything was absolutely superb, with a good selection of wines, including from small local producers. We'll be back, even just for the best pike in sauce we've ever had.

By pure chance, we found this place on a map near where we were staying, and it was a wonderful discovery. What's most striking is the extreme attention to detail, both in the food (we decided to try the off-menu dishes featuring seasonal ingredients, all truly excellent and unpredictable) and in the location and the very intimate and welcoming atmosphere. It's a shame we live so far away! We hope to return soon!

A wonderful discovery of authentic, refined cuisine that deserves to be known. A very welcoming service provided by a pleasant young woman who is very smiley and knows how to explain the dishes on the menu while highlighting the products used! We highly recommend a stop at this restaurant where we will return with great pleasure!

I don't know how to adequately describe the wonderful experience at Cortile del Gelso. Let's start with the kindness and helpfulness when booking: being vegan, I asked if they had any options and found someone knowledgeable and ready to list them for me. We dined in the beautiful internal courtyard; everything was incredibly "just right": the decor, the lighting, the background music, everything was perfectly curated. The food was truly excellent, and each course was presented to us by the very kind woman who looked after us and advised us. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful evening; it was definitely one of the most beautiful places we've ever been!

Last night I had dinner with my family at this charming restaurant in Manerba del Garda. Everything was perfect: the seafood trio as an appetizer was fresh and tasty, the pike with polenta was flavorful and beautifully cooked, accompanied by an excellent Lugana. To finish, a light and delicious fruit meringue. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service impeccable. I highly recommend it!

Small quiet place with a compact menu of creative dishes. Very friendly waitress who managed to stay calm & attentive while serving the entire terrace. Thank you for a lovely evening

A truly good restaurant, not a tourist trap like many others along the lake. It's good, fresh, and home-style, and you can taste it! We highly recommend it 👌 We went there twice in one week and were delighted with the food and service.
