We celebrated a special birthday here in a place full of love for us. ​The welcome was excellent: the staff reserved a festive table for us, almost like a wedding, a gesture of great care. ​We chose a pre-arranged menu: very good, plentiful food, and impeccable service. ​The excellent service made the day unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We organized a company dinner a couple of weeks ago, honestly, on short notice for a Saturday evening. We were offered a menu tailored to our needs, as well as the use of the upstairs room all to ourselves. It was beautifully prepared; the table settings, table linens, flowers, and all the decor were worthy of a gala evening. The dinner began with a standing aperitif featuring a wide selection of delicious cicchetti, including a selection of meat and fish, as well as cured meats and cheeses, all accompanied by excellent prosecco. Dinner then continued at the table with a surprise personalized menu featuring our logo. Everything was relaxed and convivial, with all the quality ingredients expertly prepared. At the end of the evening, we asked if we could use the karaoke machine in the corner, and with a series of skilled singers, we concluded the evening. I wanted to thank the owners for the care they put into every preparation, the kitchen for the quality of their dishes, and the entire staff for their prompt, precise, and never intrusive service. We'll be back!! Thank you.

I went there for a business lunch. I didn't try the meat (perhaps the reason for my dissatisfaction with the food), but I did try the cacio e pepe with shrimp tartare, which was way too salty. I commented very kindly to the waitress, who replied, "Oh, it's cheese... and that's how people like it." Very nice place.

Luogo perfetto per pranzi e cene, in compagnia oppure in coppia ! Personale accogliente, cibo sfizioso e buonissimo soprattutto per l'utilizzo di prodotti stagionali.

Vastissima la proposta sia di pesce crudo che cotto e di qualità! Nelle cene a tema proposte da questo locale le aspettative vengono sempre superate. Questa sera sono stato favorevolmente colpito anche dalla scelta dei vini abbinati alla cena: un ottimo Pinot Grigio ma soprattutto un Prosecco della cantina Biasotto! Anche la location è stata da 10! Ringrazio tutto lo staff del locale per aver reso meravigliosa questa serata.

17/10/2025: I was pleasantly surprised and fascinated by this wine bar. Elegant but not gaudy, with a wide selection of wines, labels, products, and various delicacies. It's a great place to buy bottles and various items for pouring and tasting, and a great place to enjoy aperitifs, cocktails, beer, and pre-dinner and aperitif drinks. A wonderful menu, rich in ideas, dishes, and delicacies to suit all tastes, with many original, sophisticated, and delicious options. A truly wonderful place, run by two women (as I read on their menu) who are certainly very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly competent and professional. Even the two waitresses, although young, were very attentive, cheerful, and skilled at what they did. The bathroom is also worthy of mention: it's very well-kept and clean, and despite there being only one, it's large and beautifully decorated with taste and elegance. I can only recommend stopping by, coming in, and trying something. You'll surely be satisfied, happy, and will return. When I have the chance to pass by, I'm sure to stop by because it's a delightful gem, a truly respectable venue and wine bar. Il Nuovo Ristorante Re Bianco da Graziano

16/11/2025: Had lunch with a group. We had several different courses, all excellent. The first courses??? Spectacular 🔝 Absolutely recommended.
16/11/2025: We went to the osteria for dinner. The cod was excellent, although the polenta, which was supposed to be crispy, was instead served soft. The dish was still delicious. The bread was excellent. The burnt osso buco was truly delicious. Finally, the bigoli with ragù and the bigoli in salsa were cooked al dente and truly flavorful. The macerated Soleil wine was interesting. We're not giving the food 5 stars because the chocolate and bergamot tart, despite its good flavor, was a bit too dry. Overall, definitely a place to recommend.
