Al Ceppo In Roma

I really enjoyed this tasteful Italian restaurant. We took different starters to share, asparagus, zucchini flower fritter, artichokes, than an asparagus risotto as a dish. The chocolate biscuits with th tea were just amazing!

Sublime dining experience in a wonderful neighbourhood of Rome. The restaurant is truly distinct. Service was impeccable and well worth the price. The dishes are made with fresh ingredients and presented with elegance. If you visit Rome and you're in the area this place is a must visit.

Without a doubt it will be one of my best memories of Rome! Spectacular flavors and presentation of the dishes. I recommend the risotto and the wrapped fish specialty. The very friendly waiter offered us the star dessert: sweet bread. Safety pin.

Excellent restaurant in Parioli, a very valid destination, and always nice to come back here.

Meat was very good. A little far from the center but there were local delicacies.

Storico ristornate dietro Piazza Ungheria, molto raffinato , elegante : tavoli ben distanziati, ampi, sale ariose ed accoglienti . Ci sono stata più volte per mangiare una carne di qualità, questa volta abbiamo provato il locale a pranzo e non ho trovato la stessa qualità nei piatti scelti . Risotto con profumo di limone e tartare di gambero rosso: gambero eccezionale ma il risotto era un po’ slegato e poco saporito . Insalata tiepida di calamari con broccolo siciliano: il calamaro ahimè era gommoso. Cicoria ripassata non male. Buona la focaccia ed i grissini di accompagnamento. Prezzi alti, sui 22/26 euro gli antipasti, 25/28 i primi, sopra i 30 i secondi . Servizio veloce, professionale e gentile . Forse abbiamo fatto scelte sbagliate , torneremo per la carne .

I fully understand that we are in Parioli but you can't spend 80.00 euros for a cut and an appetizer of 2 artichokes! In short, the dessert needs to be seen again.

Dining at Al Ceppo isn't only enjoying a delicious dinner and excellent service, it's also a wonderful experience in a very special ambiance. Roman society at it's best.

Excellent restaurant in Parioli, a chic neighborhood in the center of Rome, where it has now become a true institution! The environment is very welcoming, the furnishings are very refined and you feel like you are in the living room at home! The clientele is very select and accustomed to enjoying the generous portions of meat, of excellent choice, cooked in the most varied ways, but above all on the grill. The fish dishes are also tasty, like the raw prawns I ate last time. The traditional first courses such as the mega ravioli with herb filling are also delicious! The focaccia is special and shows off as soon as you sit at the table next to the mega breadsticks, always fragrant! A restaurant worth a visit!
