18/10/2025: Among the labels, we also encounter the term "gourmet pizzeria," which has become quite widespread and is also applied to this establishment, which has been open for several years now. In an attempt to understand what this truly means, let's start by saying that its successor, launched by the same management on Via Stampatori, wasn't as successful and recently closed, a sign that something has gone wrong. Perhaps the location? And there's no doubt that this pizzeria, on Via Mazzini at the corner of Via Provana, is decidedly charming and exerts its full influence in attracting the devoted, radical chic clientele that regularly flocks there, who certainly don't care about the price of the bill, which is quite steep, partly due to the numerous taxes (€3 per person is decidedly excessive). The ambiance is meticulously maintained, contemporary, and sophisticated, a successful blend of exposed brick vaults, wood floors, thoughtful lighting, and effective and stylish furnishings. It manages to enhance just about everything, even pizzas, made with flours, soft or crispy dough, and quality toppings and ingredients. But it goes without saying, considering the expense, which surpasses all common sense and good taste, even the "sixth."
