Al Castello In Pietra ligure

We ate at the restaurant twice and had a great time on both occasions. The pizzas were really very good and special. The desserts are also excellent. The lady at the checkout was very kind and nice.

Let's say I expected more. Average frying, nothing special.

We stopped at their Sciamadda, (in dialect sciamadda actually means "blaze". These places, in fact, are small rooms with a maximum of three or four seats, which take their name from the ancient wood-fired oven that characterizes them, with a fire always lit) for dinner. It is located at the back of the restaurant and is accessed via a French door. Beautiful experience that we will repeat.

The food was very delicious, the place was half hidden but it was nice and the service, I don't know if it was because of the time (10pm) but it was pretty bad, we ordered and one thing arrived, then the other 10 minutes late and the other didn't even arrive.

Great pizza! €14 for the Prosciutto e Funghi is certainly a bit more expensive than other restaurants in the area, but this pizza is absolutely world class. Rarely have I had such a good quality pizza. Only recommended. The service was also friendly and the house wine for €7 a half liter was also absolutely delicious.

The best pizza in Pietra. We've been enjoying coming to the Castello for years. Service and food top.

Location strategica, in centro a Pietra Ligure. Le camere sono pulite, comode e confortevoli. A pochi passi si raggiunge la spiaggia e il centro dove fare shopping. Il ristorante all'interno della struttura è a dir poco eccezionale! Lo Chef Angelo è il numero numero in cucina...ogni portata è una delizia sia per gli occhi che per il palato! La cucina a pranzo offre il "Take away'" con diverse proposte del giorno. È l' ideale per chi vuole mangiare un po' di fritto misto e non perdere tempo seduti al tavolo. Ideale soprattutto per chi non ha voglia di cucinare in vacanza, tipo me! Tutte le pietanze , rigorosamente liguri ,sono cucinate con grande amore e passione . In sala Patrizia accoglie ed assiste ogni commensale consigliando anche il vino giusto da abbinare alle pietanze. Suggerisco di telefonare e prenotare il tavolo per la cena perché si rischia di non trovarlo. Abbiamo cenato anche mangiando la pizza che è buonissima, ricca di prodotti di qualità , ed è cotta in forno a legna!. Consigliatissimo e tappa d'obbligo per chi soggiorna a Pietra Ligure. Ambiente in pietra, caratteristico. Ottime le frittelle di baccalà, le panissette e le acciughe fritte. Un po’ rumoroso ma da provare sicuramente. Prezzi normali
