La pizza è buona, i camerieri adorabili, l'ambiente carino ma il proprietario (?) pelato che sta alla cassa è davvero arrogante che sembra ti faccia ogni volta un favore: rovina tutto lui. Peccato.

We celebrated a baptism with an afternoon reception which culminated in dinner. Pleasant environment with large garden. Spacious internal rooms. There was a DJ present for the music (with too high volume which limited the understanding of the conversations between the diners.

On Monday I was invited to a gender reveal in this wonderful location, Vincenzo and Adriano were very good people, the buffet was all exceptional, the set-up for the gender reveal was wonderful, the villa had a garden and a huge car park, the STRA was wonderful and looked after down to the smallest details advise

08/08/2024: ViMi Place offered a mixed experience. On the positive side, we had a wonderful waitress who really made our visit enjoyable. She spoke Spanish, was super attentive, and made everything easy for us. Her kindness shone through, especially when she surprised my child with a free piece of cake for his birthday—a sweet gesture that added a special touch to our visit. The food was also impressive. The burger was delicious, and both the ViMi rice bowl and pizza were excellent choices. However, the experience was marred by another waitress who was quite rude and clearly not suited for the job. Additionally, the place was uncomfortably hot, as the air conditioning wasn’t working well, which isn’t ideal, especially in the summer. Overall, the good service from our waitress and tasty food made the visit worthwhile, but the heat and the unfriendly staff member were definite downsides.

23/08/2024: A very pleasant experience, with beautiful views, very beautiful and clean rooms, very close to the coliseum, very very good stay in this hotel.
21/08/2024: Excellent location, nice room but little attention to detail (for the type of hotel not up to par) very good room cleanliness. Friendly and helpful breakfast room staff, good breakfast (top cappuccino). Reception staff unfriendly, cold, impersonal. There is a complete lack of customer focus.
