Al Cappello In Cittadella

The pizza was delicious but we arrived at 10pm and they were almost closing so (who I think was the manager) looked at us ugly and treated us very badly. There was a girl who was doing all the work of cleaning and setting the tables, she was very kind and is an example of how people should be treated. She should be in charge of receiving customers because she is much more respectful and welcoming and she was the only one who made us feel good there, while we ate our pizza at full speed because it was clear that the other guy wanted us to leave!👺💀 Manager didn't even respond to us when we spoke to him and he was really very hostile so I don't understand why they have him receiving and serving clients. I would advise you to value the talent, good attitude and work of the girl and to review the positions of authority and responsibilities within the team because it gives a very bad image to have a manager like that taking care of you, it brings down all the good work of the rest.

If you want a genuine Italian cuisine at its BEST, this is a must in Cittadella. The food is really super good with staffs that are TOP!

If when I finished eating the first course, leaving the fork in a central position on the plate, he had brought me a clean fork, as requested instead of putting it back on the tablecloth, I would have given 5 stars because the place, apart from this small detail, deserves , both for the environment, for the dishes and above all for the prices. The dishes are good, well presented and plentiful for the menu price.

We ate very well, the dishes were taken care of, the environment was clean, the food was made at the moment, we spent the right amount of time, the staff were very kind and prepared for any need. I recommend it to anyone who goes to visit the Citadel and we will return and when you pay they will surprise you.

Preso pizza 4 stagioni e un primo/contorno. Ottima cottura e prodotti di qualità. Finalmente un posto dove paghi il coperto e si è contenti di pagarlo: portato un bel cestino con Grissini, taralli, cracker e pane. Unica nota stonata al servizio, non so se del cameriere o titolare per poca disponibilità: appena scritta la comanda sul tablet ho chiesto una variazione mi ha risposto bruscamente che ormai aveva scritto (Evidenzio che era ancora al tavolo e doveva finire l'ordine). Peccato perché ci saremo tornati volentieri ed il giudizio sarebbe stato da 5

Nice place, a bit crowded with tables and with slightly redundant furnishings which nevertheless has some very original corners. Very good and creative cuisine. Excellent management of the intense turnout. The bathroom with the squat toilet was absolutely rejected.
