Fantastic experience! The pizza is among the best I've ever had, with excellent dough and ingredients. The appetizers are also delicious and carefully prepared. The service is extremely friendly and makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu is a bit limited, with only a few appetizers and meat/fish main courses, and no first courses (?!). A good selection of pizzas, which are definitely good. Affordable prices.

We were there recently, sat down, ordered a pizza and a beer, and waited 50 minutes for our pizza. Prices were very high; 80% of the pizzas cost €15, plus a €3 surcharge for gluten-free options, which I found insane. There were two of us, and the waiter cleared the table while the other person ate, as if to tell them to move, even though we waited 50 minutes for a pizza. We spent €42.50 for two pizzas and two beers. I wouldn't recommend it. The only redeeming factor is the quality of the food.

A very beautiful, rustic-looking place with both indoor and outdoor dining. The menu is truly well-presented, stylishly crafted, and meticulously crafted. The pizzas are delicious, soft and made with an easily digestible dough. The service is prompt, and the prices are slightly above average, but justified by the excellent quality of the ingredients.

The first thing to praise is definitely the location. A very charming old stone building with a lovely outdoor roof garden. I find everything delicious (the beer selection is excellent), the pizza dough is delicious... but the crust needs a lot of improvement because it's not very crispy and tends to be cloying because it's heavy. I have no complaints about the filling, as it's made with locally sourced, quality products. I repeat, only the crust needs fixing. A must-try.

Pizzeria Da Donato

13/01/2026: A lovely little restaurant in a nice neighbourhood. There is a very large choice of pizzas, so it became difficult to even make a decision about what to choose, but the pizza and desert was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is definitely worth a visit if in the area.
12/01/2026: A historic restaurant. The pizza is good, even if it doesn't have a more refined "gourmet" variety with top-quality ingredients. I think some of the pizzas could be a little different. I emphasize the good service because a waiter—I don't remember his name now, but I know he's been working there for about 2 years—realized that they'd assigned a table for 4 and there were 6 of us, so he moved us as soon as a larger table became available. I give the owner Donato a 0 because while we were drinking limoncello, he asked us to hurry up because he had to seat 14 people and therefore served our table!!!! I won't go into further detail because the wait for the appetizers, if you will, was really long, and then we were kicked out. But no, I'm not.
