The tagliatelle with meat sauce thrilled me, a must try. Very good and tasty tortellini in broth, lasagna as per tradition.
Very kind and prepared staff.
Prices are a little high but in line with the quality.
My daughter had been there before and I have to say I wasn't disappointed!
Excellent food, healthy environment and perfect service and what should not be underestimated is that you go out and your clothes don't taste like food!

A great place with a shop and a restaurant? Or maybe more of a winery with the possibility of tasting. A must-see for people who like wine. The owner was very helpful with choosing wine. Sommelier with a capital S. Food for 6+. I recommend

Questa è la formazione del “Bologna che tremare il mondo fa” nella cucina del Ristorante Al Cambio.
La Lasagna tanta decantata e la Cotoletta alla Bolognese con l’osso sono una vera esperienza, il petto di Faraona farcito con patate e tartufo “l’ho confessato alla Chef, imbarazzante da quanto è buono”.
I Tortellini in brodo da vera tradizione, dolci 🔝 e una carta dei vini interessante.

Cucina tradizionale molto ben eseguita, tutto veramente buono, Il direttore Piero credo sia il più elegante capo sala di Bologna e provincia oltretutto molto capace nel sue mestiere, l’unica pecca è non rispondono mai al telefono.
