The house specialty lasagna is excellent. You must make a reservation. Even though I was greeted very kindly without a reservation, it's best not to try. Quality service. I recommend it for a very good meal. This restaurant, a little far from the center, is worth the detour. Bus 25 at Doccia station drops you off next door.

We returned after a few years, and I must say that we were not as satisfied as the previous times. Intimate environment that allows relaxation and conversation, extremely courteous and professional waiting staff; unfortunately the dinner was not at the usual level, especially the cutlet that I remembered as excellent.

We found this restaurant on a Michelin guide and decide to visit.
Firstly, it is located quite far away from the city center and you should consider that, coz on the way back you would definitely need a taxi.
We have tried several dishes which shared. Not everything impressed us. But we would definitely recommend dish with poached egg (uovo in camicia) and tortellini in doppio brodo di carne. These 2 dishes are on the pictures and they were amazing.
We would also recommend to choose wine yourselves. We relied on the sommelier advices but he did not recommend good options - very strong wine which spoiled the impression of the evening and price wise it was not a reasonable choice.

Partiamo dal presupposto che i piatti erano ottimi,soprattutto la lasagna classica a sette strati e le tagliatelle,non mi è piaciuto il modo in cui il personale ha avuto fretta di chiudere il locale mettendoci a disagio e ansia.
I ragazzi erano educati ma hanno avuto troppe mancanze durante il servizio,il prezzo è troppo alto per quello che abbiamo provato.
Pazienza,mi sforzerò di pensare alla lasagna per farmi tornare il sorriso!

Per la seconda volta siamo tornati Al Cambio e siamo rimasti soddisfatti come la precedente… servizio impeccabile, solo un pochino freddo il proprietario ma sicuramente fa parte del suo carattere, comunque sempre gentilissimo
