I had dinner here with my boyfriend who to say everything was excellent from the food to the service feels like being in a starred restaurant. I highly recommend the lasagna alone that is worth the trip. Thanks again!
Perfection and quality in a formal but not too formal environment... The owner welcomes you, accompanies you and follows you during the meal without being intrusive. Coming from Trieste it is obviously not within reach but every time we are passing through it has become an obligatory stop. For those who want to try traditional Bolognese cuisine without frills I highly recommend it...
Excellent discovery in Bologna, in a location that, from the outside, you don't expect. We had dinner with some work colleagues and frankly I was surprised by this restaurant, both for the excellent food and the excellent service. Large rooms, menu with lots of choice, from starters, to first courses, from second courses to side dishes and finally to desserts. Prices not cheap.
We finally managed to try this restaurant, one of the most popular in Bologna in recent years. The experience was even better than expectations (which were high anyway). Excellent food, worth mentioning the 7 layer lasagna, the onion tart with cheese ice cream and the standing milk. What makes the positive difference is the service, led by Piero and his staff, who welcomed us, made us feel at home, and with whom we had the opportunity to exchange a chat/curiosity.
