If there was a possibility of a rating of 6/5, I would give it. You can see that the owner not only runs the restaurant but is also passionate about it. Great atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic (with a story from the owner). So far, the best restaurant in Sicily I've ever eaten at (hand on heart), and it's small and out of the way for little money. It specializes in mushroom days and more (I recommend the porcini mushroom paste or the classic ragu with local flair and home-made pasta). Google says that the restaurant is open from 6:30 p.m., but it's better to arrive from 7 p.m., and if someone wants to eat pizza, it's better to go a little later (unless you want to see the whole process of lighting the oven and making pizza - the oven is in the room and creates an additional atmosphere). It's worth it, really worth it - in my opinion better than U Sapurinu in Catania. Fantastic place, fantastic owner in a fantastic interior. Stroke.

A perfect restaurant, feels like you've dropped in to a family dinner with the best homemade food you could ever hope to get.
We had a warm welcome with amazing service and the food was absolutely excellent and very reasonably priced, from primi to dolci.
If we find ourselves back around Etna, we will go out of our way to revisit. Thank you so much for this evening!

Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare, con amici, e posso dire senza esitazione che è stata una buona esperienza gastronomica.
L'ambiente è accogliente e confortevole. Il personale è attento e cordiale. Il cameriere è stato solerte ad accontetare le richieste dei commensali.
il cibo ha pienamente soddisfatto le attese, sia con i primi sia con i secondi di carne tenerissima che si scioglieva in bocca!
Il prezzo assolutamente adeguato alla qualità dell’esperienza, ogni euro speso è più che meritato.

I had the pleasure of having lunch, with friends, and I can say without hesitation that it was a good gastronomic experience.
The environment is welcoming and comfortable. The staff is attentive and friendly. The waiter was diligent in accommodating the diners' requests.
the food fully met expectations, both with the first and second courses of very tender meat that melted in your mouth!
The price is absolutely adequate for the quality of the experience, every euro spent is more than deserved.

One of the best restaurants I've eaten at in recent years. At prices so low that you wouldn't believe the bill.
Amazing tagliolini with porcini mushrooms. Garden spinach with a forgotten flavour.

Io e mio marito abbiamo conosciuto questo locale tramite il passaparola di amici... Il posto è talmente casalingo da farti sentire ad un pranzo in famiglia... L'atmosfera è informale ma il personale è altamente gentile...
Le porzioni sono abbondantissime, tipiche dei pranzi casarecci con poca varietà di scelta ma di ottima qualità ... Chicca finale le crostate calde della mamma dello chef ...
È un posto che mi ha conquistato proprio perché non è il classico ristorante ma un posto dove mangiare bene, senza troppo caos e senza fretta ... In cui mi sento come a casa di una nonna ...
