The pizza is average, and the ladies serving the tables are helpful and friendly. The place looks like it was built in an old garage, and the entrance is blocked by the outdoor tables.

Enjoy a delicious meal in this cozy, authentic restaurant! We could watch our pizza being freshly prepared in his kitchen, and the pizzas themselves were (of course) delicious. The man from the restaurant was very friendly and approachable. If we are ever in Sicily again, we will come here again!

If there was a possibility of a rating of 6/5, I would give it. You can see that the owner not only runs the restaurant but is also passionate about it. Great atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic (with a story from the owner). So far, the best restaurant in Sicily I've ever eaten at (hand on heart), and it's small and out of the way for little money. It specializes in mushroom days and more (I recommend the porcini mushroom paste or the classic ragu with local flair and home-made pasta). Google says that the restaurant is open from 6:30 p.m., but it's better to arrive from 7 p.m., and if someone wants to eat pizza, it's better to go a little later (unless you want to see the whole process of lighting the oven and making pizza - the oven is in the room and creates an additional atmosphere). It's worth it, really worth it - in my opinion better than U Sapurinu in Catania. Fantastic place, fantastic owner in a fantastic interior. Stroke.

A perfect restaurant, feels like you've dropped in to a family dinner with the best homemade food you could ever hope to get. We had a warm welcome with amazing service and the food was absolutely excellent and very reasonably priced, from primi to dolci. If we find ourselves back around Etna, we will go out of our way to revisit. Thank you so much for this evening!
