Excellent, very popular pub as it also offers takeaway service, abundant dishes with excellent prices (e.g. 8.50 for frico with polenta, 8.00 for sausage with polenta, 11.00 for 3 large frankfurters with fried potatoes)]

Specialized in making high quality grilled spit chickens, including craft beer with experience gained over decades of activity I always go there willingly.

I went back and did well. Maxlrainer beer, one of my favorite quality beers + a roast chicken cooked divinely on the grill + fried potatoes + a dessert + a nice environment = I'll be back! The menu is varied and everything to try. Here quality comes in many flavors.

Half chicken with potatoes and spinach Spätzle with butter and very good speck.

Tuna fillet v grill, busera mussels, sea bass v grill - all excellent. Service a bit slow... space, well, not on the upper terrace. Price ok for the quality

I have been to this restaurant several times and it has never disappointed me. Today I had half a chicken with chips (the ones with skin are recommended!) and the chicken cutlet with chips. The latter didn't drive me crazy as it was very thick; instead, the chicken was, as always, delicious: soft and flavorful. In terms of prices, we spent €74 for four of us taking three chickens with potatoes, a cutlet with potatoes, two small beers and one medium, two 0.75l bottles of water, two coffees. Recommended for chicken! For the timing, however, we waited a bit for the cutlet, while the chickens had already arrived a while ago but we knew it. Friendly and helpful staff. As for parking, there is one in front but it is small; in any case, they can be found in the area. Special mention for the bathroom which was clean and fragrant. Be careful because the telephone number written here on Google is wrong: I attach the correct one.

The best cockerel in Friuli...I hadn't eaten it in years...always excellent....well done 👋👋👋
