Credo che stasera non avrei potuto trovare di meglio, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene e di qualità e sottolineo con prenotazione con sconto e devo dire niente da invidiare a più ristoranti blasonati della città, se volete mangiare bene e risparmiare questo è il posto giusto!!!

Un'esperienza gustosa con qualche piccolo appunto La pizzeria Al Borsalino si è rivelata una piacevole sorpresa, in particolare per la loro pizza "Santa Lucia". La combinazione di prosciutto crudo di ottima qualità, miele e noci è stata a dir poco eccezionale, elevandosi a una delle migliori pizze che io abbia mai assaggiato. La qualità degli ingredienti è indubbiamente alta e si percepisce ad ogni morso. Anche il servizio è stato ottimo, attento e cordiale, contribuendo a rendere l'esperienza complessivamente positiva. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la selezione di vini, anch'essa di qualità. Un ulteriore punto a favore è stata la possibilità di utilizzare lo sconto TheFork, che ha reso il rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente conveniente. L'unico piccolo appunto riguarda una leggera sete avvertita durante la notte, probabilmente dovuta alla sapidità degli ingredienti della pizza. Tuttavia, considerando la bontà e la ricchezza del condimento, è un aspetto assolutamente trascurabile. In conclusione, la nostra esperienza alla pizzeria Al Borsalino è stata ampiamente soddisfacente. La qualità della pizza "Santa Lucia" da sola vale la visita, e con l'ottimo servizio e la convenienza grazie allo sconto, torneremo sicuramente in futuro.

Nice experience in this new place for us. We ate two excellent pizzas, with different doughs, very seasoned and with original combinations. The meat is also excellent. The staff was very kind from start to finish and the price seemed well proportioned. We will return and recommend it.

Nice welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff who are very attentive to the customer. Good appetizer, a crunchy and dry mixed fried dish. we ordered 1 delicious fried calzone and a pizza with a cheese-filled edge with mozzarella, bresaola and parmesan flakes... Really wonderful... To finish we also had a dessert... a warm heart... it was without the heart,😅😅 The thing that struck me most was the kindness of the staff... really attentive to the customer.

The most important thing is to have had a good dinner. The new management since 2025 is really pleasant, the owner is nice and very friendly, the service is not excellent, more due to the lack of explanation of the courses than anything else, but quite acceptable for eating a pizza. Contemporary pizzas, different with a stuffed edge, well seasoned even if with products that are not always of good quality, you need to try for a moment to raise the level of the raw materials, praise for the 7 grain dough. For the rest, the menu also offers sandwiches and meat that are definitely worth trying next time, but the beverage offering needs to be improved, the beer offering is limited with supermarket brands and the wine list doesn't enchant much. The only real flaw of the place are the narrow spaces, a ground floor that doesn't offer much movement between the tables close together and a quieter attic with 4 tables and about ten seats. Overall a good place to dine on a quiet weekday. A dispassionate piece of advice... calm down some prices, it is difficult to offer pizzas between 16 and 18 euros in Palermo, regardless of the raw materials used, when there are pizzerias that boast the three red prawn segments and have more concrete proposals at lower prices.
