Al Borsalino - Pizzeria Gourmet In Palermo

Excellent pizza, nothing to say. High prices (we had a 50% discount with The Fork), some pizzas even cost 18 euros. For me, excessive for a place that makes you sit in plastic chairs and drink from plastic cups. The lady welcomed us kindly even though she didn't know about the reservation (not her fault). I didn't really appreciate the receipt without the details of the orders where the calculation and discount applied could be seen. Too bad, they could do so much more.

All in all decent High prices for a pizza, there are even ones for 20 euros. Margherita 7 euros, gourmet pizzas also 20 euros. Nice and professional staff (one girl)

Excellent pizza with cheese crash. My favorite was with prosciutto. The pizzas are excellent, especially with mozzarella all around the dough. The best was with raw ham.

I still haven't understood how the fork works, normal €107.50 with a %50 discount €81.50??? in my opinion slightly high prices even €1/2 less on some pizzas would be better, but it is still a Gourmet pizzeria, and they did not issue the complete receipt, for the rest good appetizers, amazing pizzas, but all garnished with slices of 'orange which every now and then leaves a predominant taste in a few bites.

Nonostante il locale fosse a corto di personale, il servizio è stato curato dal proprietario della pizzeria che non ha mai fatto mancare un sorriso e che ha sostituito il personale mancante senza mai rallentare il servizio. La pizza e’ davvero molto buona e anche il dessert non delude! Consigliatissimo
