When you want to spend a relaxing evening in an intimate and romantic setting, I absolutely recommend AL BORSALINO! Soft music, I'd say, is a real treat for the mind, the staff is super helpful and friendly, the pizza is easy to digest and made with top-quality ingredients, and finally, a wide selection of beers, which we chose to ask the staff for recommendations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Good pizza, but nothing exceptional. Ordered on a delivery app. Delivery was on time. The gourmet pizzas were overpriced, the classic ones were average.

Visited with The Fork reservation (30% discount) *The positive aspects* The pizza definitely deserves a mention: excellent variety of doughs (cereals, buckwheat, cloud), long leavening and medium-high quality ingredients. My pizza with raw ham, buffalo mozzarella and philadelphia was definitely good. The platter of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by jams and pizza bread was also good. The staff was courteous and efficient, perfectly respecting the service times, even if perhaps too formal, compared to my preferences, creating a certain feeling of detachment. *The critical issues that cannot be ignored* - Inadequate location: Dining outside on a sidewalk, with cars passing by "a few meters away" and over 30°C without any ventilation or cooling system, is simply unacceptable for a place that calls itself "gourmet". No one, however, suggested that we sit in the air-conditioned internal room. This alone would be enough to classify the location as unsuitable for a menu with these prices. - Inadequate drinks: Beer and Coke arrived freshly made, without anyone asking us if we wanted ice. The result is that some of us left them unfinished because they became undrinkable (hot) after a short time. - Questionable value for money: Even with the 30% discount, we spent €24 per person for an appetizer (for two) divided between four, a drink and a pizza. This means that the full price would have been over €30 per person - a disproportionate amount considering the overall experience. *Final considerations* Al Borsalino makes a good pizza, that's undeniable, but the positive aspects stop there. When you present yourself as a "gourmet pizzeria" with prices accordingly, the experience must be up to par. What the restaurant industry must do is offer a complete experience. Making good pizza with decent ingredients is not enough: it should only be an essential step in the restaurateur's profession. The overall experience of the location does not justify in any way what would have been over €30 per person to eat what remains a pizza, albeit defined (because it is only a definition) gourmet. If you are just looking for a good pizza and you do not care about the environment, it can go. If you want a "gourmet" experience as promised, look elsewhere.

Credo che stasera non avrei potuto trovare di meglio, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene e di qualità e sottolineo con prenotazione con sconto e devo dire niente da invidiare a più ristoranti blasonati della città, se volete mangiare bene e risparmiare questo è il posto giusto!!!

Un'esperienza gustosa con qualche piccolo appunto La pizzeria Al Borsalino si è rivelata una piacevole sorpresa, in particolare per la loro pizza "Santa Lucia". La combinazione di prosciutto crudo di ottima qualità, miele e noci è stata a dir poco eccezionale, elevandosi a una delle migliori pizze che io abbia mai assaggiato. La qualità degli ingredienti è indubbiamente alta e si percepisce ad ogni morso. Anche il servizio è stato ottimo, attento e cordiale, contribuendo a rendere l'esperienza complessivamente positiva. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la selezione di vini, anch'essa di qualità. Un ulteriore punto a favore è stata la possibilità di utilizzare lo sconto TheFork, che ha reso il rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente conveniente. L'unico piccolo appunto riguarda una leggera sete avvertita durante la notte, probabilmente dovuta alla sapidità degli ingredienti della pizza. Tuttavia, considerando la bontà e la ricchezza del condimento, è un aspetto assolutamente trascurabile. In conclusione, la nostra esperienza alla pizzeria Al Borsalino è stata ampiamente soddisfacente. La qualità della pizza "Santa Lucia" da sola vale la visita, e con l'ottimo servizio e la convenienza grazie allo sconto, torneremo sicuramente in futuro.
