I visited Al Borgo restaurant in Monterosso and I must say it was a very positive experience. The place is simple and unpretentious, yet welcoming and has an authentic atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I found the dishes generous and tasty, made with authentic ingredients: the pasta with sausage and capuliato was truly excellent, and the pizza is also worth a try, probably one of the best in town.

A lovely place with truly friendly and attentive service; the waitress is very attentive and friendly. Simple, carefully prepared food. If you like cats, I recommend a table outside.

Absolutely one of the best trattorias we have encountered in Italy. Very friendly and professional service. The trattoria is located on a small street, it is difficult to find. The place is very charming, the essence of Italy. You just have to pay attention to the opening hours, on the internet they are much earlier. After arriving at around 6 pm, it turned out that the pizza oven was not yet heated. It is turned on at 7 pm. You could order other dishes, just not baked in the oven. However, the staff tried, turned on the oven a little earlier and around 7 pm we got absolutely one of the best pizzas we have eaten in Italy. I do not plan to return to Sicily, but if it ever happens, I will definitely come here. The atmosphere is unique.

Dopo una piacevole passeggiata nel Borgo di Monterosso ci siamo fermati a pranzare alla Trattoria Al Borgo. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia e gentilezza da Aurora che ci illustrato il menù e la disponibilità dei cibi. Ottima è abbondante la pasta alla Norma, come anche la salsiccia alla griglia e il contorno. Notevole la porchetta con mozzarella e pomodoro. Delizioso il pane caldo. Da pubblicizzare e ci torneremo anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

È la quarta o quinta volta che ci fermiamo durante le nostre uscite in moto, trattoria molto curata, cameriera gentilissima, si mangia benissimo un menù con prodotti di stagione e si paga poco. Consigliatissimo
