Al Borgo In Siena

24/10/2025: Everything is always delicious! A stop here is a must when we're in the area.

26/09/2025: Just when you think you are lost, there is this tiny restaurant amongst a small bank of shops on the outskirts of Siena. It is worth finding! I had the most delicious glutenfree, lactose free pizza I've had since I developed my intolerance. The texture of the crust was perfect. You could read about how they researched and combined various glutenfree grains for their dishes. My husband had a wonderful caccio and pepe pasta. The owner and chef were very lovely, kind, and helpful in spite of our language barrier. We topped off our meal with cantucci (biscotti in American terms) which was also delicious. If I could go to this little place every week, I would!
