We called specifically to ask about vegan options, and were happy to hear there were several. Unfortunately, the options were actually limited. We finally ordered a vegan cheeseburger, but they brought us a burger that looked like a shoe sole. They tried to fix it by bringing another one, but by then it was getting late. They also added €5 to the bill for a portion of potatoes that never arrived. An experience not to be repeated.

I often return to this lovely bistro, and never have I felt so truly pampered. Every visit is a confirmation: this time I found an entire menu dedicated to porcini mushrooms, a truly welcome surprise! The risotto... a true masterpiece. My heartfelt compliments to the kitchen and the staff, always attentive and attentive. A truly appreciated dinner in a place that deserves to be considered every time you pass through the Cuneo area.

Risotto da 5 stelle! Abbiamo cenato in questo locale senza alcuna aspettativa particolare, cercavamo un luogo dove cenare in un ambiente pulito con un menu fresco e vario. Abbiamo trovato una attenta pulizia dei bagni e della cucina, per quel che a vista si poteva intravedere. Ordinato risotto al blu di bufala guanciale e asparagi a dir poco ottimo! Cottura precisa. Tempi di attesa giusti,trattandosi di un risotto. Servizio gentile e attento. Torneremo

Locale grande, eravamo in gruppo di 24 persone. Accordato Menù da 25 € per tutti. Due antipasti, un primo, un dolce e acqua. Ottimo. Servizio veloce. Bagni puliti.

09/08/2025: A splendid pastry shop in the heart of Cuneo, on the central Corso Nizza, practically next to the beautiful Sacro Cuore church. Everything you see in the windows displaying cakes and miniature pastries makes you think a master pastry chef works in the shop! In addition to the delicious pastries, I sampled a "Torta Cuneo," which I was incredibly impressed by for its delicacy and near-perfect texture! Not to mention their signature "Croissanterie d'autore," authentic "works of art," probably among the only ones of their kind in the city. These croissants are to be admired for their perfection and then savored for their enveloping and harmonious flavor paired with an excellent cappuccino or on their own! Truly fantastic!! Excellent specialties such as the "Pandolce della Besimauda," the "Baci di Alassio" (the pastry chef's original sweets), and the excellent "Cake Fruits." Yes, a great place to visit in the capital of the Granda Province! Hats off!
