Al Biscione Cafė is located in the historic center of Rome, Rione VI (Parione) in Piazza del Biscione, 82. PRIVILEGED PLACE: Walking in Campo de’ Fiori, with its very colorful and lively market, I then found myself at this place located in a privileged position of the city, and fits perfectly into the urban fabric, where nearby there are various places to admire. Among the places to admire is the majestic Palazzo Orsini, built over the remains of the ancient Theater of Pompey, not forgetting the picturesque Via del Biscione which preserves fragments of a past that now belongs to the “vanished Rome”. A WELCOMING CAFÉ: The welcoming place has a large outdoor area with tables and umbrellas perfect for a moment of relaxation, where I had the pleasure of having a good breakfast. Inside you perceive a place furnished in a sober way and designed for a pleasant experience. A great place to enjoy a nice cold beer, in a quiet little square. Beer is very cheap! The breakfasts are good too!

Opens early and a great stop for breakfast is you are going to Campo Di Fiori Market right next to it. A little pricey for my liking though. Got a pistacchio cornetto, artichoke bruschetta and 2 cappucinos.

The coffee place on the corner is open most mornings on Sundays, if you want to fill your stomach early in the morning you can come here... the coffee tastes good and the pastry is also okay... like old school bread...

The pasta is delicious, I went because of a TikTok video talking about when you buy a specific dessert or drink you get a photocard/photo, initially we ordered pasta and lasagna, it was delicious and simply divine, when I ordered the dessert (photo) the photo came, but it was nothing like what I expected, a photo of the singer came but it was all edited and had a shiny paper glued on (very bad), but anyway, at least the food was good, but if you go for the photocard it's not worth it, but for the pasta it's very good.

21/07/2025: The food was really good, but it's a shame about the poor service. Starting with the cork/wood placemats, which are aesthetically pleasing but hygienically leave much to be desired. The meat, which in my opinion was delicious, wasn't the 1.5 kg but the 1.1 kg we ordered, and it was also badly cut because they didn't cook it properly. Not to mention that the meat is served on a cutting board after cooking, next to the lava stone, so the customer can decide how much they want to cook it, rather than the fact that the meat is actually served already on this lava stone, which therefore continues to cook, ruining the meat. Two glasses were chipped, one of which was right on the side of the lip, so there was a risk of cutting it. The waiters were a bit absent, and we waited over 30 minutes for desserts despite the place being empty because they literally forgot we were there. Perhaps because we didn't sound like Romans, and therefore clearly foreigners, it's a real shame. It could have been handled much better, given the relatively good quality of the meat.
