Restaurant found by chance, near the Vicolungo outlet, worth trying again, interesting.

Friendly and qualified staff, excellent cuisine, comfortable place, during the warmer months tables for lunch and dinner also outside

We stumbled upon it by chance, I'd say fortunately! The bagna cauda was good, balanced enough to please everyone, not too garlicky and very creamy. Personally, I would have desalted the anchovies a bit more, but to please everyone, I'd say it was perfect! The pumpkin flan was very good and paired well with the sauce. Excellent selection of cured meats and cheeses; I'd try the salami again (good but not on par with the other cured meats). The tagliatelle were good, and the plin with three roasts was truly top-notch: the thickness and consistency of the pasta was excellent, and the flavors of the fillings were very distinct! Also, we were running out of space... The staff was very friendly, and there was a bit of a wait after ordering, but it was worth it 😉 Fairly priced for the quality of the dishes.

An excellent choice for a business lunch, but not only. Also a good choice for special occasions. Friendly staff and good food.

Traditional Piedmontese dishes with bold flavors and quality ingredients. The location is charming, perhaps a few details could be improved, but it's clean. The restaurant is located right in the main square, surrounded by a beautiful castle, and there's convenient parking.

Excellent traditional cuisine, we went on the weekend. The service is a bit slow, but it's worth it. The Milanese and the roast ravioli are recommended.
