Al 45 In Ravenna

I booked this restaurant via the Fork. The price was okay with the discount. If we were using the normal price, I think that it's was going to be too much for what we had eaten. We waited too long before that someone came to take the order. The staff is okay, as expected. Very touristic restaurant. It's very close to the city centre. Overall, I recommend it because the atmosphere is nice.

Modern environment, divided into two rooms with comfortable chairs and spacious tables, well spaced from each other. A little less those set up outdoors for the summer. Menu with a fair number of proposals, both fish and meat, which vary periodically. To these are always added off-paper proposals, generally listed verbally by the staff (with the flaw, however, of not having evidence of the price). In any case, the cuisine is taken care of: there is idea, creativity, ability to satisfy the requests and needs of the customer, with particular attention to celiacs. The prices of some dishes are a little too high, but the quality is not lacking and the portions are honest. Well organised, very efficient and professional staff. Good and serious catering professionals.

Booked with "The Fork". Ate amazing cod fritters and passatelli with red mullet. Good service, while the place is a bit cold. Prices are a little above average, but still in line with the quality of the food. Advised.

Every time we return to Ravenna, having lunch at 45 is always a guarantee of kindness and great quality of the dishes, a very quiet environment and very helpful staff, the panettone for dessert is greatly appreciated 🤣 and then it's always nice to take a walk in the centre.

After many months without going to restaurants, we chose to return to Al 45 for my birthday dinner. A confirmation, outdoor dinner, impeccable dishes, excellent appetizers and fish first courses; the fried cod with sweet/spicy sauce and the aubergine millefeuille with swordfish just to start, followed by strozzapreti pesto, clams, prawns and calamari and buckwheat tagliatelle with cod, crispy bacon and courgettes, all served with courtesy and professionalism, we were delighted made us forget for two hours the reality outside this "frame" in our historic center. Excellent experience. Prenotato perché vicino al B&B in centro e per scaricare qualche Yumm con The Fork. Ambiente tranquillo e rilassante con musica di sottofondo, prima volta a pranzo di Venerdì con, cappelletti in brodo e seppioline con finocchi e pompelmo, secondo con Rombo al forno, dolce con Zuppa inglese e millefoglie con frutti di bosco .Tutto squisito e fresco, servizio preciso, accoglienza cordiale e prezzo giusto. Ritornati la domenica sera per il brodo, cappelletti e anche passatelli, patate al forno perché troppo buone, dolce con la sfera al cioccolato bianco arachidi e caramello salato, altra millefoglie😋. Ottimo locale in centro a Ravenna, bello e accogliente al suo interno, con personale ( in gran parte femminile) , professionale , affabile e puntuale. Pietanze buone e di qualità, dai classici affettati , squacquerone, pesce pescato del giorno e frittura molto gustosa. Promossa anche carne e i vini. Sui primi un appunto: se i cappelletti ripieni di formaggio ( grana) sono molto buoni, se poi il sugo con bocconcini di pescatrice, melanzane fritte e pomodorini è pure buono...ecco assieme non legano bene, perché il formaggio dei cappelletti copre il gusto di pesce . Invito a correggere.

Excellent cuisine. Quality ingredients and honest prices. Absolutely worth trying if you pass through Ravenna. During the summer you can also eat outdoors in front of the beautiful Arian baptistery (UNESCO monument).
