I arrived a bit late so place was not so crowded. I got good service but it was easy to see staff were very tired. If i was there earlier I am sure I would wait long time. Pasta was fine. Fried seafood was a bit oily. Beer options were restricted and i waa advised most popular ones already finished so i can only 2 of the beer brands. Staff were friendly in any case and food acceptable. Would recommend.

We went to this restaurant for dinner with a group of eight. Personally, I can't understand the bad reviews; everything was perfect. The food, the service, and the ambiance—it was a wonderful evening. Many thanks to the restaurant staff, who were always attentive and friendly.

If they told me that every Saturday night I could have dinner at 45, I wouldn't hesitate for a second....they have generous catch of the day and the first courses are truly exquisite...the staff is truly kind and helpful and courteous...everyone is very professional! Well done, well done, well done!

Sempre una certezza con qualsiasi menù. Ieri sera cozze, spiedini di seppia e mazzancolle, poi calamari ripieni e per finire semifreddo alla maracuja. Tutto squisito. Grazie

Scelta giusta , cibo ottimo , la madre del titolare andrea la Sgra Resi una persona per bene , gentile , raffinata, siamo rimasti molto contenti anche perché era il mio compleanno, bellissima serata

Locanda Dei Salinari

07/07/2025: Disappointed by the banality of the tasting menu, we expected something different from the dishes you find everywhere.
04/07/2025: In Cervia / MiMa you eat pretty well everywhere, but only two restaurants stand out, and the Locanda dei Salinari is right there in Olympus (the other is the restaurant Al Deserto). Order at random without any worries. The wine list is nice, with prices almost like those of a wine shop.
