Never again!! In 2024, with all the allergies/intolerances that unfortunately exist, they do not have lactose-free or vegetable milk.

Delicious ice cream but there is also a wide choice of infusions and herbal teas. If you don't want ice cream you can also order the classic spritz or some toast. I eagerly await the Christmas menu with "seasonal" desserts. Very polite and helpful staff. I have been a customer for at least twenty years. Every time a reconfirmation.

Unfortunately, the beautiful location does not reflect either the service or the ice cream. A real shame, because the place has been a point of reference for years now and has made a good name for itself even outside the town of San Giovanni Lupatoto, where it is located. Points against it are the impossibility of choosing a different ice cream from the one on the menu, which offers huge cups or three smaller options, but if you don't like the taste, you can't change it (maybe they are pre-packaged?); the guys who serve poor stars totally inadequate. I understand that it's a difficult time for the restaurant industry, because we can't find staff, but a little more careful recruiting in my opinion wouldn't hurt; the ice cream is good, but not exceptional and last but not least €2.50 cover charge and €50 if you have the unfortunate idea of ​​asking for a bottle of water. Oh I forgot, you can't even pay with a debit card. Sin

Ice creams, infusions, and cups all very good and of excellent quality, the place very nice both inside and outside, the staff very attentive and courteous to your needs. The only thing is too many mosquitoes when outside.
